Answer:	Hi, for shipping purposes we had to start separating the motor from the body pump because of them dropping the pumps and damaging them. But attaching the pump to the motor would be the easiest part of installing a deep well pump and very simple to do. In the box comes; the motor, the pump, control box, and a splice kit. all packaged as best we can and protected from falls.

Answer:	You can attach airplane wire with electrical tape...The 3 or 4 wire electrical wire that runs to the motor is sufficient to hold if the pvc pipe breaks when lowering or pulling up the pump. I used electrical tape every 16" or so with a complete wrap at the pump 2ft going up..

Answer:	Clearence is not an problem. Fitment is good, but you might want to use a rubber surge supressor so your pump wont rattel in your casing during start and shut down

Answer:	This pump fits 3" I.D. casing, but like dylanlovertwo said it is a tight fit. 3" well casing actually has 3.068" I.D. (by regulation code), and the pump is 2.95" including the cable guard and the screws on the pump body. You may ask how the water can get into the suction port located near the center of the pump with that little gap around the motor. The answer is that the motor and the pump-end is 2.75" excluding the cable guard, this gap between the motor and well casing is sufficient for the water flowing along the motor surface into the port, and in the meantime to cool the motor. Please note that these days some people drill their shallow wells by themselves using regular thick wall plumbing PVC pipe for well casing that has smaller than 3" I.D. This 3" pump will not fit in those pipe. Please buy real well casing or have a licensed driller to drill your well.
