Answer:	"So far we really enjoy this heater. In six months of usage we've overcome the slight learning curve. Our way is to set the thermostat at about 108 degrees in the summer, then about 114 in winter. Showers don't need any (or much) cold water added, because adding cold through low-flow showerheads and faucets will restrict the hot, which shuts off the heater.And the LED temperature readout isn't absolute. When you set it to 110 degrees (for example) during the summer, it might run at 90 in the winter. That's because of the colder water coming in. This also explains why I adjust it twice yearly.Lastly, the water needs to be running fully during temperature adjustments."I asked my brother to write his answer because he installed it and adjusted the temperature for me. It is now perfect. Right now I turn the shower handle on full hot, then get in and adjust it a little colder. When I first got it, the temp was set too high and when I got in the shower then and turned it colder, it would get freezing.So he adjusted the temp a couple of times and it is just right now. Question:	Would this work for a $ bedroom 2 bathhouse, and does it come with all the fixings with it or will i have to buy them sepately

I had to buyer the gas line, plumbing etc to where it tied in, but that's normal with any new installation. Question:	does anyone have long periods of cold water when adjusting the water temp while showering
Answer:	Our brand new unit takes about 5 minutes to get hot water to the furthest room in the house and then I turn on my shower and then the sink water gets cold.
Question:	will there be enough water for 2 or even 3 people taking showers at once
Answer:	I live in eastern Massachusetts and this winter was exceptionally cold. This model was set at 120 degrees and easily provided hot water for 2 showers and the dishwasher at once. I am confident that it will handle 3 showers
Question:	Can we use the same vent which is used with the old water heater tank. Outside roof vent cover can be used same existing
Answer:	No. For this unit the exhaust is inside of a 2nd wall that is the fresh air intake Your old vent is also not big enough in diameter.
Question:	If I get a bit too tipsy and pass out in the shower and wake up six hours later will I still have hot and toasty water
