Common Faults and Solutions:

1. CAN this unit be connected inline with existing hot water line?

ANWSER: It is recommended not to use it in series with other water heaters. If it is installed on a hot water pipe, the water heater will reheat to above 60 degrees. There is a 60-degree over-temperature power failure inside the machine. After the power is off, the temperature control switch in the machine will jump. If you want to restore manually, you must open the back cover of the water heater machine. There is an overheat protection switch button next to the heating pipe. It can be restored by pressing it. If you do not go to the restore button, the water heater will not work and heat, so we generally do not recommend installing it in the heat The water pipe is directly installed on the cold water pipe. It is recommended that the inlet water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees

CAN we set two of these up would 1 preheat water to warm & the other heat it to hot for higher temperatures at higher flow rates?

Answer:	Hi, It will fit 12gal Suburban heater.
Question:	Will this #232767 Anode Rod/Plug fit my Suburban Water Heater Model #SW6DE
Answer:	I am not familiar with the Craftmaster Anode Rod's. All you should need to do is remove the existing anode rod, measure the length of the rod and the diameter of the threads to make sure the are compatible. You will need a 1/2" drive, 3/4" socket and more than likely a 6" extension. Don't forget the Teflon tape to seal the threads when installing your new anode rod.

Answer:	The length is different. It is more important that you pay attention to whether your specifications are ¾ "threads. If the specifications are the same, 9-1 / 4" anode rods are also suitable for your water heater.

Answer:	I don't see why it wouldn't. It starts heating water when water flows and turns off when water is shut off. You might go thru alot of propane.

Answer:	We have ours set on 115, and it will hold that as long as there is water and gas

Answer:	35,000 btus and there was no altitude restrictions on the info that came with the unit.
Question:	Does this model have freeze protection for use in colder climates
Answer:	Michele, yes, you DO need freeze protection! Without this feature, there is always water in the heat exchanger, and the low volume of water to high surface contact means this heater is more suceptable to damage than a tanked version which has a "cushion" of water to survive mild frosting, not deep freezes.
