Our shut off valves are mainly used to switch on or off the water in the handheld shower. The water pressure cannot be directly regulated by adjusting the water flow through the handle. Question:	If my bathroom is the only one that runs out of hot water because the head allows too much flow, will this help to make it last longer
Answer:	I bought this for exactly that reason, to slow the flow of water from my shower head and it works like a champ
Question:	how can I contact customer service to get a rubber gasket since there wasn't one in the package
Answer:	Or your local dollar store, in the garden section. Same gasket for a garden hose.
