Answer:	Yup, just used it to pull a 1.5" diameter wad of hair out of our second-floor shower. The wand is just the right stiffness--flexy enough to bend through a trap, but not so floppy that you can't push it through. I thought the crank looked kinda gimmicky but I tried it once just pushing it down the drain and cranking a little bit, and then a second time whaling away on the crank, and trust me... CRANK IT. Answer:	Nope, I was able to jam down without removing plug. (Frankly, I couldn't figure out how to remove plug. It was so stuck with my long hair wrapped around) I was able to shove the snake down multiple times to pull up gunk from both side of the plug until water moved freely clearing my clogged drain. I should say, I only used the orange plastic snake tool.
Question:	What is the diameter of these? I have a pretty small area for the snake to get through
Answer:	I can only use the plastic pieces on my sinks because the metal snakes won’t fit. The small metal snake has a grabber in the end but I can only use it on the shower drain. But they fit my needs perfectly at a great price.

Answer:	I'm not sure if it will or not. I bought this kit but I ended up buying the wrong one. I just kept it. I didn't even bother sending it back. I still have it.

Answer:	The bolts are actually just a bit over 1/4" diameter with a non-standard thread (sawtooth?) that matches the nylon nuts.

Answer:	I used this kit on an American Standard 1.6 gpf to replace one bolt. The bolt has a rubber gasket that would probably accommodate a range of hole diameters. I did not replace the outlet pipe ring.

Answer:	yes as long as there are holes large enough to get the snake down, and then back out with debris. It worked very well.

Answer:	if you are referring to the drain stopper that plugs up the sink. this will not help you. the best option to get that out is to take apart the bottom of the sink, however i have used a small suction cup to attach to the stopper and pulled it out.

Answer:	In my opinion it would work I have one drain that I am not Able to unscrew the drain stopper and I was able to get it in and be able to pull out hair and worked surprisingly well.

Answer:	what hook? there's no hook, just plastic spikes that grind down with a few scraping plunges. the plastic stick is long but not thick enough that I felt it was staying straight in the pipe, a waste of my money.

Question:	How well does it work on curved sinks? Something like a U shape
Answer:	It should be fine because it is made out of plastic and bends. I only have 1 in the shower so far. I don't get hair in my sink so I haven't used it there yet.
Question:	I have a double tub kitchen sink with garbage dispoer on right above trap. Left tees in. Will this work with one of these two configurations
Answer:	It is not recommended for use in the garbage disposal line since it might jam in the blades & mechanism. Green Gobbler Refresh would be the best product for the disposal line. The Hair Grabber will remove hair from any other type drain. If clogs are from other sources such as food, grease, etc. the Dissolve is an excellent choice. It will also work in the disposal line.
Question:	Do I have to use the unclogging liquid stuff with this? There’s major hair back up in my drain
Answer:	No you don’t. I had a ton of hair in the drain, I just stuck the stick in the drain and turned it a little bit and pulled all this hair out. No chemicals needed
