Answer:	Yes all my drawers come out all the way after you pull it out you tilt it up and you can take the drawer completely out. Spray some oil on the sides of the drawer and wiggle it and it should come all the way out. Hope this works for you.

Answer:	China--it is very poorly made-but reasonable priced. Mine came with a broken piece of drawer. The piece was in the drawer for me to glue. If they put the piece in the drawer they knew about it. Talk about quality control. As they say, you get what you pay for.

Answer:	If you notice, the drawers diminish in size from bottom to top. All drawers are definitely 'deep enough' for pens/pencils - I use mine for gunsmith tools that include pliers and screwdrivers and other tools.

Answer:	No they don't have ball bearings fairly cheaply made for price not as durable as they used to ale them

Answer:	Can't say about the description as my tool box is around 30 years old, but mine does have felt lined drawers and I can't tell if the flip top has felt in it or not due to the age...either way it's a great tool box, my father handed mine down to me around 15 years ago after using it for over a decade and a half at a boeing facility, it is now mine and has served me well in my man cave for about as long. I don't know if they changed anything or not but if it's the same box as I have then it's a buy it for life type of things...I've been through dozens of crappy craftsmans, snap on and other boxes in the time since this has been in the family...I'll probably get it blasted and recoated and give it to my son in another 10-15 years. That said, mine does in fact have felt lining in the pull outs. Hope this helps! Cheers!

Answer:	I purchased one of these about 40 years ago. I still have it, as well as a new one. The only significant change in today's chest is the lock, which uses a round key instead of a flat key. Otherwise the new chest is the same in every way.

Answer:	The body/shell of the 520 is 20 gauge and the drawers are 22 gauge

Answer:	I got medium only because they don’t have small. I’m 30 waist n mediums are a little lose on me even after washing everything on hi heat. Tight enough to stay on fine but could fit better. So I’d say mediums are more for 32-34 waist. Large 34+

Answer:	They are not double lined in the front. I usually wear a medium but I wear a large in these. So I would go up one size. They are very comfy.
