Answer:	This accepts regular single-gang sized receptacles. It's a little tighter on the inside than other boxes so there isn't as much extra space for long wires, etc. but I haven't been prevented from fitting even the larger GFCI's inside, it just takes a little more work.

Answer:	I have never heard that the mounting screws would have to be grounded. Although I'm not an electrician, I would see no purpose. Perhaps checking with a licensed electrician would confirm this for you.
Question:	How wide do the jaws open? Surprised that most adjustable wrenches don't list this important spec
Answer:	As of July 2019 there is a one box option for $1.57 as an add-on purchase. Amazon usually allows multiples of add-on items to be purchased so using that option four boxes would be cheaper than the "four box" option. These look like a neat box for old-work use, I am more familiar with the blue old-work boxes but these look to be more securely fastened than those.
