Question:	Has anyone used this tool to cut thru 4 inch oak? For example table legs
Answer:	The blade that came with it is actually not bad at all as I cut a 5 inch diameter oak log from a chopped tree in my back yard down to a 3"x 3" x 2' piece of usable lumber. I was impressed. I later bought a bi-metal 1/2" 14TPI blade and installed it for metal cutting. It did cut with no effort a 1" thick T6 aluminum. I am not sure if if can do thicker as I did not try it. I also cut 1/2 mild steel bar with no problem at all. No binding or stalling. All the cuts of wood or metal were straight. You just have to let the blade do the work and not force feed it through

Answer:	Mine stop working the fifth time using it. Resawing a small piece of oak, the motor just gave up. Also i was unable to create an account with them because PR is not in the states/country list, so i was unable to get a warranty. Wasted my money, buy a good bandsaw don't waste your money.

Answer:	Sure you can buy after market but ryobi batteries go on sale so often I usually stay with the brand although any ofthe 18 volt batteries will work I usually use 4ah with this tool.

Answer:	Yes. A typical 110V plug with includes the third "ground" prong.

Question:	Does it come with a battery
Answer:	I have a 6.0 AH 60v battery and it does fit. it's pretty big though. it is so tall that you can't use the handle to hold the saw with 2 hands. I dont know if the 9.0 AH or the 12.0 AH would fit or not since i do not have them but i would still recommend a smaller 20v battery since they weigh less and the tool is already sorta heavy.
Question:	does the trigger lock
Answer:	I would say it could and would it cuts thru unistrut and all-thread like butter, but if u don't have a fine too the blade like the (24TPI) (teeth per inch) then it might leave some burs on the wood but bone I know it will cut clean I've already used it for a deer antler to.make my dad a knife. As well like I said the bandsaw comes with a 14/18 tpi blade, might want to consider getting the finer tooth blade when u buy the saw, just a recommendation!

Question:	can I cut glass
Answer:	Not unless you can find a diamond/carbide blade - glass is usually cut by abrasion. That would be unlikely for a small saw of this type.
Question:	what are the dimensions of the base....LxW
Answer:	The black base is 14-1/4" long, by 8-1/2 wide, and 2" tall. This SKIL Bandsaw is a wonderful addition to my shop and works beautifully! I have had mine for over 2 years now! Enjoy!

Answer:	The blade that's included is 6 TPI. This saw accepts 1/8" to 3/8" blade widths, 59 1/2" and 59 1/4" length blades.
Question:	Can this saw be bolted down to a table? To make less subject to "wobbling
Answer:	Depends on why it wobbles. If it wobbles because it sets on an uneven surface, then yes bolting works. If wobble is from an oblong wheel, out of balance wheel, or something else along thode lines; then no, bolting it down won't help.
