Answer:	I put a Dewalt 4.5” angle grinder in the above item I purchased. Fit great. I’m not sure of the model no of Dewalt grinder I used? The tool has a bit of slop but did not expect perfect for $27.00. I get a more accurate cut with tool than free hand. I intend to remove slop but have not yet.

Answer:	The angle master sets a tool angle to a 6-10" grinding wheel. By tool I mean a handle on one end and a blade on the other, like a chisel or turners gouge. If I understand what a rotary cutter is is (a handle with a sharp 45mm round disc/blade, sort of like a pizza cutting wheel) This would not be useable for you. The only way I know to sharpen disks like a can opener is the have someone torn the blade while I hold a fine sharpening stone at the same bevel angle as the blade. If you take the blade out and chuck it up with a bolt (head cut off) and nuts in an electric drill and use a fine stone or diamond file, you could do it. Put black marker on the bevel to help you see where it is cutting find the correct bevel. At he low cost for replacement blades, that's the way I would go.

Answer:	Depends upon your usage and your pocket book. If you are a professional and time is valuable, get a Tormek. They have a jig set-up to sharpen small round cutters. Specifically made for lathe tool replaceable blade cutters. If you are looking to sharpen the occasional cutter and like the hands-on aspect, then a good (repeat) good, set of stones. Better ones come with a device to help you with the proper angle. This, such as the WM-200 from Tormek, can also be added later. Keep in mind that a circular blade is difficult to sharpen consistently around the cutting edge but, again, it depends on your own relative degree of Obsessive Compulsive Behavior.
