Question:	does this have auto tracking like the 21 inch model? if does it stay tracked
Answer:	Not sure if it has auto track or not. However, I have used it for about 100 hours without any problems. Once I center the new belt it stays there. In fact it is probably the best 4" belt sander I have used.Its heavy, well built, removes stock quickly, and runs like a champ. I use it to smooth rough sawn lumber that is too large to get through my planers.
Question:	Does this come with the attachment for mechanical dust extraction as shown in the photograph
Answer:	Yes, but I have never used this tiny bag. That would be for small jobs only. I have done my deck and now I am working on my dock. I directly hook it to the small size shop vacuum hose (through a piece of single diameter tube adopter I improvised), and dump the dust into a 5 gallon construction bucket, through a piece of low thread count scrap bed sheet, held in place by a bungee cord. It works just like a shop vacuum because the blower is so strong on the sander that you don't need the additional suction of a shop vacuum, or the weight of it to haul around. This is still hard work, but you can't get a better tool.

Question:	Will the nose and side edge of this sander fit next to the edges a d corners of the surfaces
Answer:	Not sure what you mean by a d corners. the open side of the belt does real good against edge work, but the nose of the sander doesn't do edge work unless you till forward which might create a small cup affect.
Question:	How do i replace the chord and where do i purchase please
Answer:	Lauri- I have not needed to replace the cord on mine.Check at a hardware store, Lowes, etc. THey'll have the parts and can either show you what to do or offfer to do it for a modest fee. The new cord, a screwdriver and something to cut and strip the wire should be adequate.

Question:	I see in the description this tool is intended for wood, what would happen if metal is used
Answer:	The sanding belt and disc is what is intended for wood. Get a metal sanding belt/disc and you will be good to go!
Question:	What is the country of origin
Answer:	China. But it works well. The only problem is the dust port on the belt sander. It’s next to impossible to plug a vac into it when it’s in the upright position as it’s generally pictured. You have to jury-rig a flexible hose to the sander to which you can attach a vac hose.

Answer:	The dust ports are fixed on the machine and two universal size reducers( 1-3/8 In O.D) are connected to the outside of the dust ports.
Question:	I wanted this model for sharpening lawnmower blades and wondered,if it will do the job
Answer:	I use a 4x36 with 60 grit zirconia belt to sharpen my mower blades. Iin my opinion it is far superior to the angle grinder and flap disk method, and the hand held on a bench grinder method. It is faster, more precise, and more controllable than those alternates. It leaves the best looking edge I've ever put on a mower blade.
