Question:	Has anyone used these on a Terrazzo shower pan
Answer:	Before buying the grit #3000, since the counter is now smooth, try one more time starting with grit #800 and then #1500. Use ~3200 RPM and add plenty of water. Polish wet, but judge dry. Take your time with each grit, polish slow. And in between grit #800 and #1500, wipe the edge of surface with gently squeezed wet cleaning towel and after the surface gets dry, vacuum the area to remove any debris. Repeat this step after the #1500 grit. If still doesn't look shiny, then yes, you should buy #3000 grit and maybe the buff as well. Granite is the hardest stone, but marble is the most pretentious one. It depends on the type of marble you have as well, but in general you have to be patient with marble. All the advices above are coming from polishing experts in the industry, people that do this for a living. Nothing we invented. I wish you good luck with your project.

Answer:	These pads are for finish polishing of stone tiles or composite countertops to remove fine scratches or smooth sharp edges. They would not be the best tool to smooth a rough surface of any size.

Answer:	Yes it can be removed or replaced. There are two valves, one on top of the sprayer that can be operated by thumb, the second one cuts off the water before it reaches the sprayer. I suggest completely draining the water out of the hose before storing. This will make the hose last longer.

But this is still a very nice grinder especially for the price!

Black buff will enhance the shine and assist match color of newly polished surface to existing already polished surface. For darker stone use a black buff, where as for lighter stone (Marble) use a white buff.

Always remember to wear protection for your eyes,nose,mouth and hands.Never use high speed grinder and exceed rated RPM.

If the stone surface is seriously damaged,you can start with grit 50 till 3000,verify the entire polished stone surface has same level of smoothness before moving to next grit.If not,continue polishing with same grit.Don’t skip any grit in between.Most of the stone will show shine starting grit 800.

It is recommended to clean the work surface before using it.Otherwise it will affect the grinding effect.

Question:	What is the RPM range
Answer:	In my experience, I believe I may have had the water flow to high which splashed onto the top of the polisher. Also I used it for long time periods (30 minutes plus). Once I purchased rubber gloves ($10 pair), I no longer got shocked. Overall the polisher did a beautiful job on my concrete countertops.
Question:	how do you remove the backing pad after has been installed
Answer:	These are made to polish stone by using a series of diamond grit pads that start at about 50 grit up to 3000 then a polish pad. They will give you a glass smooth finish on granite or marble. I don't believe the cement based plaster that is used in pools has a fine enough grain to be polished to this smoothness. Most that I have seen use a coating to achieve the glass smoothness.
Question:	Is this a brushless motor
Answer:	I don’t see why not, but I believe that Corian can be sanded and polished using traditional paint processing and buffing tools and tech, so this kind of water-only polisher might be overkill.
Question:	Why are people getting shocked while using this product
Answer:	yes you can and yes it is 5/8

Question:	We need pads 200, 400,800 wet ! Can i have just that's
Answer:	It largely depends on many many factors. Most important is current state of your surface, hardness of stone, water application or dry, rpm, skill level etc. If you are fresh cut or poured uneven surface and you use grit 50 to start surface preparation expect lower soft per pad. It needs surface prepared with cup wheels resin filled before you use grit 50 for best sft per pad. We hope it helps.
