User questions & answers

Question: Does this nailer come with a belt hook
Answer: Hi there! For most polishing on the GET75-6N Sander, the RSM6044 extra soft backing pad will give the best results. For further assistance, contact us at 1-877-BOSCH99 (1-877-267-2499) from Mon-Fri 7A-7P CST.
Question: Is Hitachi warranty good if purchased from this seller
Answer: Like most products there are likely components manufactured from around the world. Are you asking where it was assembled?
Question: Can this nailer be used installing sofit and facia 1/4" 4d headed nails
Answer: The sanding paper/pad you use would determine what material you can sand - so yes
Question: Will I receive a Hitachi or Matibo gun
Answer: The bottom of this has a lot of holes to fit various pads, one of the BEST qualities about it, it gives you lots of options for sanding disc types. Even though a 5-hole may not line up perfectly, you would still get dust collection out of it because most of the holes will be functional. It comes with a special bosch pad that has a hole pattern designed specifically for this sander. ANY regular 8 hole, 5inch sanding disc will fit this and give you the dust collection functionality perfectly. The same would hold true for the 6inch model - an 8 hole disc as well. You can probably use Festool discs and those "Net" or "Mesh" discs that are there (which, by the way, work really well on this sander because it has a whole bunch of smaller holes too)

User questions & answers

Question: Where is this made (country
Answer: My local Home Depot did not carry Paslode roofing nails. I had read previous reviews stating you could use other brands of roofing nails. My nailer performed flawlessly. The coils were wound too tight to go straight into the gun, so I loosened the coil and inserted them.
Question: Does this come with a “no mar” tip, if not can I buy one
Answer: Where do I get the belt hook. And how in the hell can Hitachi consider themselves a premium brand and sell a ladder access tool without one? I'm livid.
Question: can i shoot nails on concrete or cement blocks ? for furring strips
Answer: Good morning, We offer a 60 day warranty. After your first 60 days you have a one year from date of purchase directly with Hitachi. Have a great day.
Question: How long is the warranty
Answer: I use it for siding facia and soffit. The nails have to be compatable with the gun. Don't have to be Hitachi brand. lots of generic brands out there

User questions & answers

Question: Does it shoot 2 3/8 in X.113 nails
Answer: It depends on which plan you want to make. Go to their website and look under "Jig and Fixture Components - Build-It-System" and find the one you want. I built a Bridged Crosscut Box, that required some additional parts from INCRA and some wood and screws for the fence and bridge. This needed the starter kit plus 36" T-Track Plus, a 36" and 18" board for the fence and bridge, an additional Large Build-it Panel and another Miter Slider.
Question: Why is this 2lbs less than the Metabo
Answer: I don't own a bench dog but I can tell you that the throw length (the push into the cutter) varies depending on the miter slot distance from the cutter. I had to make some modifications to the Kreg devise to make it work on my machine. This is a well thought out system in regards to cutting mitered frames but has very little tolerance or range in respect to all of the router table systems on the market. I needed to make at least 6 adjustments to the devise for it to work on my router table, which would probably void any warranties. I have 7 router tables, dedicated one for this devise and haven't used it in over a year. I found that coping or hand mitering the trim was faster. If I was to give this a 1 to 10 rating it would be a 3.
Question: works to nail plywood on concrete
Answer: The fence on the Kreg Beaded Face-Frame System is 28" long.
Question: This nail gun will work with 15°nail gun
Answer: If it has the same track or screw to fit your table then yes I would think so. I fitted mine to a Jessem router table
Question: When you guys gonna have better hooks for the nail gun
Answer: Melissa,You will need a router with a 1/2" collet. A router greater than 3hp or better is best.
Question: What size hose does this take
Answer: I am not sure of how your Delta saw is configured. I can't imagine a Delta saw not being in the front of the line with regard to saws that Vega would want to accommadate. I ordered the Vega system for my early 70's Craftsman 10 inch saw and ,"Yes" I was nervous since I did not take the price of the system lightly. I ordered the unit and when it arrived I was intimidated for a very brief period. Once I started the install, I became very confident that the unit would work with my saw. The Vega system is so universal that it would be difficult to not be able to install it on almost any saw. The most that may be needed on most saws may be to drill a hole or two in the saw base (table) . Once installed on my saw, I calibrated the fence and when that was done, I could use the calibrations on the Vega Fenceto make very accurate cuts. The Vega system has been one of my better investments in woodworking. Not sure I have answered your particular question but I believe in theVega system after having used it.
Question: What all comes with it
Answer: I don't know. The mounting hardware is very versatile so if you're willing possibly do some drilling, you can probably make it fit. I think that you must have good access under the table to get the holes drilled and bolts in. On a separate note, I'd not recommend the 50" fence because it's unnecessarily large. If I were doing it again I'd get the 42". It's amazing how much floor space the extra 8" gobbles up. It is a great fence. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Question: Hi I was wondering when you will have the ones with the adjuster
Answer: I just bought and installed this fence on an old Craftsman table saw model 113.298030 and I had to drill 1 hole for the back rail. The 3 other bolts, 1 more on the back and 2 for the front tube fit perfectly. Overall, very easy to install. Only complaint is the need to de-burr everything before installing. Not too big of a deal though. I would recommend this fence to my friends.

User questions & answers

Question: I have one of this roofing guns that is miss fireing anyone know why
Answer: I think someone has miss spelled this. I think it is orbital pattern. I can say as a body shop owner for 30 years this is a good sander.
Question: Will this entire kit rebuild my metabo nv45ab2? i nelive they are exactly the same but im no expert
Answer: It works just like an auto body sander
Question: I had order somthing on saturday whas my order finished
Answer: Thank you for your inquiry. Our sanders will not overheat due to dust because of AirVantage's patented cooling design. The motor is sealed inside the housing. In addition, the control board has a sensor that would slow down the sander, when detecting a motor overloading, thus prevent it from overheating. HOWEVER, the sander can still overheat when using improperly, such as press hard down onto the tool during sanding (the sanding performance is not based on how hard one press down onto the tool, but the grit of the paper). On the other hand, please note that the tool comes with a 1 Year-Warranty, just send AlphegaZ a message, and we will be more than happy to assist in resolving your issue. Hope that answers your question, thanks!

User questions & answers

Question: how does this gun do for shooting 1 3/4" nails reroofing over shingles
Answer: Very well. I was impressed with its performance for 1 1/4" as well as 1 3/4"! Don't forget to oil!
Question: Made in
Answer: the one's that I got was made in Taiwan. if you can find one's made in Japan, that will be great. but again. it may be just the luck of the draw.
Question: Will this nailer do Hardie Siding
Answer: Yes it will work well for that. Hardie siding can be installed with this as manufacturers installation only requires 1" penetration into the stud. If nailing into sheathing then longer nails won't matter. This nails up to 1 3/4".Please refer to pages 11 and 12 of their best practice guide where this model is specifically mentioned as recommended for Hardieplank. See the link below, page 11 and 12.http://www.jameshardie.com/pdf/best-practices/hz/hz5-best-practice-guide-us-intro-tools.pdfThanks,ADP
Question: I just bought one of these and it will leak if the trigger is held down halfway. If you depress it all the way it stops. Is this normal
Answer: has to be normal, i bought one of there AV50AP2 and it did it from when new, thought there was a problem but been like that for years, my NV45AB2 does it too.
