Answer:	Unfortunately, this item is not compatible with L or T cleats.
Question:	Will this work on 5/16 hardwood floor
Answer:	I have the 61721, and it shot 2" brads through 3/4pine paneling and into pressure treated 2x4 no problem. You could easily shoot the brads too deep, i had to adjust the air down to get the heads to be near flush. I have no idea if it's a good idea, or the proper fastener for 5/16 hardwood, but I imagine the nailer is fully capable of shooting the brads with enough force, but who knows ... is an 18ga brad even strong enough to penetrate 5/16 hardwood. Maybe it will go through soft maple, but what about solid hickory? or beech? we don't know what your flooring is.

2. Pull sliding portion of magazine back as shown bewlow in loading instructions Fig.2

3. Load the stick of pins as shown bewlow in loading instructions Fig.3 with the arrow pattern pointing down as shown. If pins have black dots instead of arrows, the dots should be positioned up.

4. Close magazine as shown bewlow in loading instructions Fig.4 until it latches in the forward position. The tool is now ready for use.

Question:	What's the difference with other same products
Answer:	Hello, this was a gift so I'm not sure what the difference is but the person I brought this for swears behind this company name
Question:	Can this nailer go through oak - e.g. some oak cove or shoe molding
Answer:	This nailer will go through oak but I had to crank up the air pressure to above 95 psi to make sure it set the pins below the surface. Try it out on a piece of scrap and see what it does for you.
Question:	gun fires, but nails won't come out.What is the problem
Answer:	If the gun sounds like it is firing and no nails are coming out, you need to clear the jamb by removing the front plate. Once clear, the nails should feed. check for gunk on the nails or that it is inserted with the point down. (chisel point is easy to see with a very bright light.)
Question:	Why won't the 1/2" pins stay in place when ever you drive one in, next one jumps from groove
Answer:	I have used both extremes in pin length, 1 3/16 and the shortest I think was 3/8, all with no problem. If the "next one jumps from the groove" as you say, are the pins still in the colated (glued together) row or have the ones you're using been separated before they were loaded into the nailer. Also are you using Bostitch pins or an off brand? I have always used Bostitch pins and I am careful not to separate them before they go into the nailer. Answer:	It states 18 guage Staples and 18 guage nails . 16 guage Staples are larger Staples than the nailer recommends . I think they would more than likely Cause the nailer to jam or fail .

Answer:	Great question! This is actually a misprint that we've since fixed. The instructions should have read "freeze for at least six hours." Meaning, you can leave them in the freezer as long as you'd like! They're built to last a lifetime, so feel free to freeze 'em for six hours or sixty years. Hope that clears things up! Answer:	I purchased the WEN 61721 18-Gauge 3/8-Inch to 2-Inch Pneumatic Brad Nailer with 2000 Nails - it doesn't come with a case, but it came with several sizes of nails.
Question:	Can you nail carpet down on a platform with this gun
Answer:	I have never done upholstery work, this only shoots Brad's with basically no head. Imagine a finish nail. To my mind the head wouldn't be enough to hold the fabric.

Lubricate the nailer

Before using, apply 3-4 drops of lubrication oil into the air plug.

Open the Magazine

Press the stop lever and gently pull out the magazine cover.

Loading Nails/Staples

Set nail/staple strip into the magazine and keep the points fo nails/staples in contact with groove.

Slide the nail/staple strip into the blade guide and push the magazine cover forward to be latched.

Operation

Adjust air compressor pressure at 60-110 psi. Connect the compressor's air hose to nailer's air plug. To fire, press the tip against the wood then pull the trigger, or pull the trigger then press the tip against the wood.

Answer:	Yes, this is not a lead crystal. Still heavy built and strong, but not as heavy as the lead crystal. Lead crystal also would be more expensive, but this not with lead for sure. Thank you for asking.
