It's for "power chewers", dogs who tend to tear up all plush toys and also destroy many rubber toys. The compound is simply more durable. It takes him a little bit but yes, they don't hold up if you have a really aggressive chewer and although they are much less expensive here on Amazon you can still end up spending a lot of money on toys if you have an aggressive chewer. I have found that the GoughNuts toys with the yellow dot are fantastic. And they have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE and are also available here on Amazon. I bought 2 different styles and he hasn't even left a tooth mark on them and he plays with them all the time. (except when I give him something he can actually destroy - he does love that).

Answer:	I really don't remember if the clamps came with it or not. It did come with the complete set of collets and wrenches. I have 2 sets of clamps so maybe one set came with it, I know I had to buy the little milling vise, and a drill chuck. Everything for this machine is pretty expensive but first quality. I have a bigger milling machine now, and I will be selling my MF70, but only because it was too small for the bigger steam engines I am building.

Answer:	To be honest, my cattle dog got into the cow in maybe...10min? Eventually as the stuffing came out, i cut it open to remove the stuffing. Ive had the "remnants" of the poor little cow for about 4-6mons now. He still plays with the rope pieces and thrashes around like a bull shark. If you don't mind them playing with disassembled toys, go for it. My dog STILL loves the cow, though it looks more like a cow-hide now.
