Answer:	Yup, works with 3 amp. I also use 4 amp batteries. The main difference is the length of time the tool will will run with strong power. Depending on what you need, in terms of how long you plan to grind, 3 amp may be enough. I have 2 spare batteries that I charge on the dual fast charger. The grinder will take two batteries to empty before one is charged full if grinder is used at full load virtually constantly. Don’t get me wrong, I think that this is a great tool

I don't know for sure but I believe that the ring was designed to accomodate a standard sized wok which will seat firmly when the smaller side is upwards. Also, the ring is wider at the bottom for stability. Reversing the ring I believe, could undermine safety possibly causing or allowing a wok to tip over.

Answer:	This should take everything besides the very old 3.0 and older 1.5 ah batteries. Even then, you can file a couple plastic tabs off the battery to make it work. Battery should have a star on it. I have ran this grinder with a 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 ah batteries. It is a great tool and big upgrade from my 1st gen Makita xlt grinder

Answer:	No. Craftsman has some tools that use the black and decker batteries, some that use their C3 batteries, and these. The V20 is it’s own deal and it does not interchange with anything else. It’s a cluster considering that there are two different craftsman batteries that sound and look alike (20V and V20) that don’t interchange.

Answer:	Depending on how bad the oxidation is you'll need to use a wool bonnet on a variable speed buffer to cut into the gel coat. Spread the compound out over the area you intend to do. Using a spray bottle spray the surface and compound with water. Then slowly work the compound into the gel coat. This stuff works real good. I followed up immediately with a high quality 3m wax to protect buffed surface. Nice boat btw.

Answer:	You can use Aqua Buff 2000, and it's great for removing scratches, but it will not leave a high-gloss shine. We recommend adding a polish to the epoxy like Finesse-it II for a high-gloss shine from the epoxy.

Star Protection is communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating. For increased versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT® and compact Lithium-Ion batteries with the Star symbol on the battery indicating Star Protection inside.
