Answer:	I have not and would not recommend it. You wouldn't get an inch into the r.r. track before you burned up the carbide teeth. A bandsaw would be more suited for that task, or even and abrasive cutoff saw.

Answer:	This blade cannot be used on a chop saw. The RPM on a chop saw is too high for this blade. The maximum RPM this blade can be used with is 1800. A chop saw would use 3800 RPM.
Question:	What revolutions neede to cut metals
Answer:	You could go as slow as around200 rpm and the "slow speed" metal cutting saws, made for carbide toothed blades work fine but don't install this on a saw meant for an abrasive blade. The RPMs are too high and will destroy the blade in short time, unless you only cut wood or aluminum but not steel. Also be aware that small stuff, like1/8" round stock bundled, will catch the teeth and not work well. But for angle iron, tubing, etc, it works great.

Get a hydro sponge same kind of sponge tile setters use.get some water on the sponge while your cutting let spong touch the side of the blade as your cutting.What this does is keeps the blade free of the fine dust and will also prevent small chipping of your roof tile..you will be impressed on how well these blades cut..make sure you use the sponge.if u don't what happens is the diamonds on the blade will get clogged up with fine dust and won't cut near as clean.
