Answer:	It's built with particle board. Very similar to melamine. I couldn't tell you the precise weight, but I would judge it (sans router) to weigh about the same as a case of whiskey. Six 1.75 mL plastic bottles.

We have not tested with any Rigid routers, however if your model does not match up with any of the holes in the mounting plate you can mark off and drill the needed holes to match up with your router. Most plunge routers are not designed to be used in a router table. Question:	Is there an important difference between this table, and the Bosch RA
Answer:	The main difference is the cabinet which helps cut the dust down. The table top of this unit is laminated MDF which is not as durable as the metal top of the RA1181, however the plastic legs on the RA1181 are certainly not going to be as durable as the cabinet on this unit. I should also point out that while the table is made of MDF, the router plate is made of metal. Since that is where all the action is taking place, I fully expect this unit to last many many years. This unit has 2 dust ports, one behind the router bit and another in the cabinet itself. This really helps keep the dust down. the RA1181 will likely make a much bigger mess as all the stuff flies out of the bottom. The cabinet also serves as a handy place to store all the little goodies like feather boards, knobs, and whatnot. I have this unit and considered the RA1181 for a little while. I am 100% happy with the cabinet design and would certainly get it again. The only problem I have is that neither table comes with a miter guage. I added the POWERTEC 71005 guage to my table and it's awesome! It has a sturdy all-metal design and is a perfect fit for the miter slot in the table. Whichever table you get, I strongly suggest adding a miter guage

• The two most commonly used tracks for woodworkers and general workshops are now combined into one ultimate and super convenient track! Having a standard miter track combined with a mini t track allows you to use multiple jigs and fixtures at once or use for quick and easy change-outs. As with all of our tracks, the walls of the track are thicker than off brands each track is proudly manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
• The miter t track side of the track accepts standard miter bars like those found on many miter gauges. This size is approximately ¾” x 3/8” which is the most common miter bar size. The “T” slot accepts standard t-bars that won’t lift out of the track. Question:	What is the exact measurement of the insert plate
Answer:	The plane should have been delivered with all its parts. Send it back. If you really want to mess with it, any Stanley or Bailey pattern iron, chip breaker would probably work. If fact, those parts from an older wrecked plane would probably work better. The chip breaker and cap iron that come with this plane are exceptional poor. The cap tightens with a screw and not a lever. The chip breaker is not flat and is made plated brass instead of steel. When you buy plane and actually get all its parts, is only worth about what you paid for and nothing more. I rate the plane service to poor and it needs constant sharpening and adjustment.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the table top
Answer:	I believe that the shape of number 4 plane irons is pretty much the same between makers. You get them on Amazon, e-Bay, etc. The differences will be the quality of the steel and not the shape of the iron. U-Tube a number videos from people like Paul Sellers who tell you all about the use, adjustment, care, and maintenance of planes.

Answer:	The blade holds an edge pretty well but does need periodic tune-up. My biggest problem is the chip breaker is not flat and the breaker metal is made of soft material. Probably plated brass.

Answer:	84mm, and 100mm.
Question:	What are the measurements of the plate
Answer:	It will NOT fit the 1/4" FIXED BASE Router DWP611. Use the DNP618 instead for that base. The DWP611PK comes with an additional Plunge Base, which this Edge Guide WILL fit.
Question:	What’s the diameter of the hole
Answer:	Bosch does make a router lift that does fit this table and the plate has a pre-drilled hole for the lifting mechanism(RA1165). You have to have a router that fits correctly into that lifting mechanism. If you get another kind of lift, you simply get it centered and then drill the hole as your lift requires. I would recommend just using another insert and don't mess with this plate if you have to do this. Two reasons, 1) get a clear plate you can see through, this one is aluminum and there is no seeing through it, and 2) get a plate already with a lift that fits this table and you don't have to mess with any drilling - just know the size of plate you need and if it will fit your current or projected router. I don't remember the router motors that will fit the Bosch lift, but it is limited. I do own and use this table but have not upgraded to a lift yet. These are the options available to me.

Question:	How hard is it to level the jig when adjusting the side support
Answer:	The bit is capable of being set to the depth of 1/4. I have never personally made a dovetail this small though because I used the jig only a few times and I only worked with soft woods. I believe if hardwoods were being used 1/4 would be adequate depth.
Question:	I looked at the videos. Am I correct in assuming that you have to remove the blade guard in order to use this
Answer:	I believe the bit is a 3/8 dovetail bit. I bought mine when I bought the jig. I would look up the jig on amazon and go to the "people who bought this item often buy..." I think that's how I got mine. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, you can make box joints with the 4210.
Question:	What is the difference between the gr 100 and the gr 200by model and is it worth the price difference
Answer:	I believe it's a 1/2" shank but I'm not absolutely sure. It's in my shop up in CT and I'm in NYC at the moment, so I can't check it. I'll check this weekend and send confirmation. But your router should be able to handle 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" shanks with different collets.
