Answer:	The best that I can answer is that it was assembled in Mexico according to the labeling on the router. No indication as to where te components were made.
Question:	you can have with bulb voltage
Answer:	Always check the data plate for the correct operating voltage required to run the tool. Never run a tool that is placarded as 115 VAC on a 200 to 220 VAC source. Vice a Versa, a tool that is placarded for 220 VAC will not work on a 115 VAC source. So, any "bulbs" would have to match the input voltage. Check with a hardware store or tool repair location.
Question:	what size bit fits this router
Answer:	1/4" shank. Maximum bit diameter 0f 1 3/8". With a maximum bit diameter of 1 3/8" don't attempt to make heavy cuts as that could tend to over load the motor. Take light cuts and increase depth or horizontal cuts incrementally as long as they don't affect router speed or loading.
Question:	Does anyone have a correction for bits working out of the collet, towards the work, when cutting with the side of a straight bit
Answer:	I wonder if you had bottomed out the bit in tne collet. Insert the bit, then pull it back out by a small distance and tighten the collet. Bits bottomed out have a habit of coming loose.

Answer:	My short answer would be yes. I'm not sure whether there are commercially available tables for it, though. You may have to build one yourself.

Answer:	This is a 1/4" collet router. If you want to use 3/8" (new to me) or 1/2" get a 1/2" router. I've used routers for 45 years. Own a 1/4" and two 1/2" Here's a quick guide: 1/4" router is the most widely useful, can be held in one hand for quick work, your arm doesn't get tired as fast as with a larger router. This one is good for hinge guides and door installs, laminate trimming (laminate trim bits with bearings), round over of the edges of boards or plywood. Makes a neat no slivers edge, get 1/2", 3/4" diameter cove bits (these will make 1/4 and 3/8" from the edge curves) I get these with bearings as well. (If you want less of a curve, use less depth, the curve is not symmetrical--no one will care. This is what I usually grab my 1/4" router for (I've got a Porter Cable 1/4" that's 40 years old. Can't figure out how to take it apart to replace the cord. Rather than a $60 trip to the tool repair I'm thinking of this one, vacuum dust collection is a plus). Shelf dados, usually 1/2 to 3/4" wide, is best done with a more powerful 1/2" router, but you can get by with this with two passes (overlapping) of a 1/2" straight bit. Plunge routing: always use dust collection. Freehand scroll work: 1/8 or 1/4" round bits- I don't do this, others do. If you don't yet have a router, or a specific shop need, get a 1/4". If you think you need one of those $400 router tables: don't. Make your own or buy a jointer. Figuring out how to make a router table will teach you about making jigs (you can make a fence that has finer adjustment than the fanciest most expensive one on the market) Direction of working. There's a correct direction to running a router along the edge of a board. With plywood, pine, fir, spruce, etc.. going the correct way can rip out long splinters. If you first make a very shallow pass in the 'wrong' direction to knock off the edge, then go normal depth in the correct direction, you can avoid this. (I still don't know if I want this router or not. There were 6 opened and reclosed boxes (returns?) at the Home Depot. Why?)

Answer:	You could depending on the cutter and the thickness of the ply. I’d suggest multiple passes to get a clean cut. I’d say 9-12mm ply will be your limit. Any more and you’ll run out of cutter depth or overload the router or cutter shank.

Answer:	I picked up a 1/8" & 1/4" precision collet from thinker tinker, but I have never seen a true 3mm collet. I believe the 1/8" is just a little too big.

Answer:	As others have stated, any router can be set-up on a table. I believe Rockler woodworking sells a plate for a small table. The real question is what type of work you plan to do with the router... The DeWalt DW P611 is a great little router. I use one on a CNC router... doing very fine detail work. It does, however, have limitations. Serious woodworkers usually prefer a router with a 1/2" collet. The 1/2" bits are more robust and come in a wide selection of profiles... and with an adapter, 1/4" bits can be used... adding versatility. As for power, if for example, you will be making door panels, the Dewalt would not be a good choice. I have 3 1/2" routers in the 2 1/2 to 3 hp range. Another nice feature to consider is a "plunge" Again, it all depends what you plan to use it for...

Answer:	At 17500 RPMs (1.5 on the settings dial) mine measures 78.9 db A weighted at 3 feet.

Answer:	I just now finished (30 minutes ago) fitting mine to a Skil RAS900 router table. Works like a charm. With multiple passes with shallow cuts, you could probably route most anything. To make it fit, I simply cut four small (2") aluminum brackets (drilled holes for the small bolts & screws, etc) to attach the router to the table's mounting plate. The Skil RAS800 is the same, so it'll fit that table as well. In fact, if you can fabricate your own brackets or drill holes in mounting plates (for tables with that type of mounting), it will probably fit any table.

Question:	What is the cutting edge made of: carbide or HSS
Answer:	I don't have a Drexel 300, but it's my understanding that they are supposed to work with any 1/8" coulet. I use mine with a Dremal and a Harbor Freight 1/4" trim router.
Question:	These are classified under hex-shank bits, but they seem like round shank. Are they misclassified
Answer:	If it has the standard 1/8" collet they will. Mine work great for carving both, directly on the Dremel, and on the flexible 30" extension.
Question:	Will all these bits fit to Ryobi cordless Trim router? I believe Ryobi router take 1/4" shanks
Answer:	These bits are definitely steel instead of carbide. None of them are particularly sharp, nor do they last long. After utterly ruining a fine piece of maple, I threw them away.

Answer:	It's built with particle board. Very similar to melamine. I couldn't tell you the precise weight, but I would judge it (sans router) to weigh about the same as a case of whiskey. Six 1.75 mL plastic bottles.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. The Bosch RA1171 router table will work with several manufacturers routers. We have not tested with any Rigid routers, however if your model does not match up with any of the holes in the mounting plate you can mark off and drill the needed holes to match up with your router. Most plunge routers are not designed to be used in a router table. Question:	Is there an important difference between this table, and the Bosch RA
Answer:	The main difference is the cabinet which helps cut the dust down. The table top of this unit is laminated MDF which is not as durable as the metal top of the RA1181, however the plastic legs on the RA1181 are certainly not going to be as durable as the cabinet on this unit. I should also point out that while the table is made of MDF, the router plate is made of metal. Since that is where all the action is taking place, I fully expect this unit to last many many years. This unit has 2 dust ports, one behind the router bit and another in the cabinet itself. This really helps keep the dust down. the RA1181 will likely make a much bigger mess as all the stuff flies out of the bottom. The cabinet also serves as a handy place to store all the little goodies like feather boards, knobs, and whatnot. I have this unit and considered the RA1181 for a little while. I am 100% happy with the cabinet design and would certainly get it again. The only problem I have is that neither table comes with a miter guage. I added the POWERTEC 71005 guage to my table and it's awesome! It has a sturdy all-metal design and is a perfect fit for the miter slot in the table. Whichever table you get, I strongly suggest adding a miter guage
