Keep that in mind when using the tool so you do not accidentally turn your hand and shave off deeper (or less) than wanted. I am happy with it for my DIY projects, so I think it'll help you with yours.
Question:	What is the distance between the T-tracks that hold the fence down to the table? Is this distance fixed
Answer:	There are three overall tools in this line you have a need for 1 - Jointer (NOT "Joiner"). You should look up videos on what this is and how to use it, along with why it isn't just a planer. It IS not cheap, and certainly not a trivial purchase. It's for when you get serious about woodworking. I recommend you look at the CuTech 8" when you consider this. Again, not cheap. 2 - Planer -- This is the main tool for making wood consistent. It is moderately expensive part but makes the sides nominally equidistant (this works if the wood is not bowed, twisted, or otherwise uneven -- which is what the joiner helps with. 3 - one of these. It's an intermediate tool which can, with some care, do some of the work of the above two tools. Not all of it, but some. I'd say blow the extra money and get the 4" model, it's probably worth the extra bucks.

Answer:	Honestly, I wouldn’t waist your money on this. The wrenches that come with it have rounded and if you can get the chuck tight enough to hold a bit, you’ll never get it loose again. And trying to use open ended wrenches, they really don’t fit well. I would suggest spending a little more money and get a better table and router. You’ll save yourself a lot of aggravation. I used it twice before I upgraded to a different router and table. I hope this helps.
Question:	will this table fit the Bosch 1617evspk router
Answer:	I just got the router and had to change the adapter sleeve to the 1/4" bit size. The adapter sleeve does not tighten enough on the bit shaft therefore I cannot use my 1/4" bits. Very disappointed.

Answer:	I have the Skil 900 Router table along with the Skill Router. I had to purchase a new router ecosystem because my Skil Router would no longer hold it's depth settings. so I purchased the Bosch 1617 EVSPK Router Combo Kit and the Bosch Router Table RA1181with an additional Fixed base. When I was taking the Skil router table down I noticed a label on it which said Robert Bosch Company. My skil table quick release wasn't compatible with the Bosch Fixed base otherwise I probably would have used my Skil Router Table. I will say the Bosch Router table 1181 is much nicer. The MDF platform was ok except dust go in on the plastic edges and the edges separated from the table slightly. I'm a very light DIY type of person. If my Skil Router had a more robust/accurate depth guide I probably would still be using it.

Answer:	Yes, the router is designed to work with 120v, the router table has a on off switch which will need to be plug into a 110 outlet, when the router is inserted into the table , it is plugged into the outlet on the table, using voltage greater than 120v will burnout the brushes in your router.

Answer:	It does include a starter pin. It is easily installed and removed. I am not sure if it is easily purchased. FWIW I did have to contact Kreg customer service for a part that was missing and they expedited the part to me. They were very responsive and knowledgable about the product.

Amazon said they couldn't replace it even though they had 14 still listed. Then I was told I had to pay for a return shipping slip because I didn't have a printer. Answer:	According to Mike Taylor (the Taylor in Taylor Toolworks): "The spacing range for the 24" is 18-1/4" to 22-1/4" and for the 32" is 18-1/2" to 22-1/4". Because of the way a router fence works, the router must be more or less centered with respect to the fence, but it doesn't have to be centered with respect to the router tabletop--just put the opening for the router place where you want it and install some t-tracks accordingly.

Answer:	Have only used it a few times but for me yes its worth it. Planer came without the spare blades mentioned in the owners manual. I contacted the seller and they sent a set of spare blades . It has a very nice cut and is much quieter than I was lead to believe it would be.

Question:	Does this work with t-track
Answer:	My router table is 30 inches. The Jesse fence is 32 inches. I just added 1 inch wood to the side edges of my table and fit perfectly. The opening in the fence expands to just over 4 inches.
Question:	Anyone knows if this works on a work site table saw like GTS
Answer:	No. It only matters that your table isn’t too big. If your table is too small just add wood to the edges like I did.

Answer:	Depends on the size of the saw. Just don't use one after the cut (i.e. beyond the blade), as it could cause binding and dangerous kickback.
