Answer:	Mine doesn't have reverse. I would assume that is the case for all like this.

Answer:	Yes, it will reach 28", possibly another inch or two if you push it all the way to the ground.

Answer:	It does fine with small roots (1/2" dia.)

Answer:	I found an extension on Amazon but didn't buy it, instead I made one out of a simple piece of 3/4" pipe by just drilling 2 holes at the top of the pipe and 2 holes at the bottom of the pile so I could connect one end to the engine and the other end to the bit. It was very simple and easy to do.

Question:	It says 1500 W but amp is 10.9 amp at 120 V. should teh amp be 12.5 or wattage be 1200? What is the correct spec
Answer:	I believe it is 12.5 amps. I know the motor is very powerful as I had no problems going through hard clay. I dug holes the full length of the auger or about 30 inches and did not have a problem Just remember to let the auger work by applying light downward pressure. Too much force and you will bind up the auger blade.
Question:	should I get the 1500W or 1200w model, I don't understand the difference, the 1200w seems to have handle that you can brace on leg
Answer:	The more power the better. Mine is 1200 and it doing just fine, however, it would be better to have some reserved power.
Question:	Can it be used to dig horizontal
Answer:	I don't know how safe it would be to use it horizontally, but if your strong enough to hold it that way I believe the motor would run just fine.
Question:	Why is this more affordable than the 1200w model? 1200w model appears to be more ergonomic. is that an older version? what are the real motor specs
Answer:	HP of 1.6 on both, this model comes with 6” bit, 1200W model comes with 4” bit.

Answer:	Received the unit. I don’t care for the throttle assembly. Cheaply made and be careful not to bump it. Took some time to get idle set correctly. Runs good with the smaller bits. The large bit doesn’t cut it. Best to dig first with small bit then change over to bore a larger hole. I recommend using a quality fuel and not unleaded. When not in use. Remove bit and set motor upright for storage.

Answer:	We have used and found rocks as big as golf balls and the auger breaks them easy. For those baseball size you will need some bar to break them. Be careful as when the auger hits a big rock and you are not paying attention the handle will slip from your hands and will hit you in the knee. It hurts a lot

If you put it on the inside of the house, then it can NOT be removed because it clicks into place and to remove it you have to take your thumb and fore-finger and squeeze the latch release in order to release the latch lock and to raise the door. Ideally for super weather protection I am going to buy another door for the outside so for SEVERE WEATHER AND SUPER HIGH TORNADO WINDS - I can have a door on both sides - the outside and the inside - even if the outside can be removed. (I live in Tornado Alley) P.S. Even in 30 mph winds so far - neither of the door flaps have come open and or leaked. I LOVE THIS DOGGIE DOOR AND I HAVE THE SUPER HUGE ONE FOR MY 180 LB ENGLISH MASTIFF - SO YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW BIG THE DOOR OPENING IS!! Question:	Can it be used to dig a foot deep for 4x4 size post
Answer:	Although the intent is to screw it in with 3 or 4 screws and use the lock provided, we have not done that. We use a bar in the sliding door track to "lock" the door if we want to leave the pet door in place over night. It is easy to remove it since the spring loaded top segment holds it securely in, but can be lifted out easily if we want to be gone for a few days.

Answer:	We have used and found rocks as big as golf balls and the auger breaks them easy. For those baseball size you will need some bar to break them. Be careful as when the auger hits a big rock and you are not paying attention the handle will slip from your hands and will hit you in the knee. It hurts a lot
