Answer:	I've used it on metal. It works, but wears them down quickly. There may be other types of abrasives better with metal than aluminum oxide. If you're working on any kind of iron or steel, it will make lots of sparks, so clean up any sawdust you might have lying around before you start and do not use a vacuum or other dust collection system while sanding metal with it, or it will suck up the sparks and lead to a fire in the collector (don't bother to ask how I know this).

Can I use this to drill a hole under a concrete sidewalk

Answer:

No, it does not!! The sleeves that come with this sander are only 3" in length. Once again, someone answering a question without knowing what they are talking about. The WEN sanding sleeve kit Amazon recommends for this sander are the standard 4 1/2" long and are meant for the WEN sanding table...not this portable sander. I suppose you could cut them to 3", but the kit also includes 2 larger diameter sleeves that can't be used with this sander. Big Horn is the only manufacturer I can find on Amazon that makes 3" long sanding sleeves.

Answer:	No. This drill bit would break if used on concrete. The best type of masonry drill bit to use for brick or concrete would be the tungsten carbide tip drill bit. These drill bits are the hardest and sturdiest out of all the drill bits. They’re hard enough to break through concrete without breaking apart.

Question:	Will this work on the southland earth auger
Answer:	This auger is designed for use with Earthquake branded units. The connection fittings may not work with that brand.
Question:	Is there and adapter so i use this auger with a 1/2 inch chuck, 60volt drill
Answer:	You could take a 1/2 drive drill bit sized for 7/8" OD and cut it above the cutting flutes to leave a round shaft & then slide it into the auger attach point & drill thru it at the attachment location...but remember that a drill bit is hardened steel and will likely take a cobalt bit to cut. It's also doubtful that the 1/2 shaft would be able to withstand a serious load without shearing...likewise it's doubtful that a battery operated drill would have the torque needed for work in hard soil. Buy yourself a cheap powerhead and save the frustration.
Question:	I see it says its 36" long. Will it cut to a 36" depth or should I buy an extension
Answer:	36" is from the tip to the point of connection to the auger drive shaft. If you want a 36" deep hole then imagine kneeling while operating the unit. I would recommend an extension.

Question:	Are there any functional differences between the color choices
Answer:	The photo (and the product) are molded with 2l/h meaning 2 liters per hour. This works out to very slightly more than 1/2 gph.
Question:	What are the 2 yellow tools that come with it like in one pic? I got them
Answer:	I've never seen a 1/4" tee that will fit in the 1/2" poly tube. The couplers that go into the 1/2" poly tube have a type of flange in the center that keeps them from going too deep into the tube so they maintain their seal around the barb. I've also never seen any 1/4" "leak line" whatever that is. The solution is to use a coupler for the poly tube, a short piece of 1/4" tubing, a tee in that, then as many tees and drippers as you need to get the amount of water you want where you want it. Just because I've never seen a 1/4" "leak line" doesn't mean that no one makes it. All the 1/4" fittings are available at your local home improvement stores that sell the Mr. Landscaper brand drip systems.
Question:	auger or 2? in general page it states "2 pack" but when in the item's page it only talks about one ....? thanks
Answer:	The attached barb is a "Bonus Barb". If for some reason you need a barb for the 1/4 inch drip line associated with the piece in question you have it. I find those extra "Barbs" provided are not strong enough to be used in my drip systems so i just leave them on the emitter incase of a major "My Kingdom for a hose barb Moment". Otherwise these emitters can be used successfully.
Question:	Where can I get more of these same plant labels
Answer:	This item is the barb emitter only. We do offer the dripper with stake however due to COVID 19 our resupply has been slowed. We should have the stakes back in stock in a week or so if all goes well. Our apologies for the delay.
