Answer:	Probably, although I just used the smooth setting on mine. I drilled 2 holes though 8-inch-thick concrete walls, keeping the bit as wet as possible. Every 30 seconds or so, I'd pull the bit out and spray it with water. Each hole took about a half-hour to drill, but the bit worked. Not bad for such an inexpensive bit.

Answer:	The suction cup on the guide requires a flat and smooth surface. It would be very difficult to fix the suction cup onto the bottle itself. If you can make a setup, where there is a flat surface next to the bottle, at the same height, you can fix the suction cup onto the that surface.

Answer:	I did use it on a smaller piece of tile before I put the tile in place. I secured the tile on a piece of wood, drilled 1/2 , turned the tile over and finished the hole. It worked well for me but i also had a second piece available in case I needed it.

Answer:	The nipple for the water feed is at the top of the guide. You can see it behind the suction cup lever. You can connect a simple 1/4 inch rubber hose, attached to a plastic water bottle. This is just a water feed hole, you don't need pressure. You can also pour water with a bottle.
Question:	How many size of drill bits
Answer:	Probably. The cup is about 2" in diameter but it is the positioning of the hole that is key. You need about 3 inches from the hole and you need space if you use the full guide. (for small holes I used the suction cup side only and used the plastic vee to start the hole). For larger holes I used the rollers with the drill in reverse (anti clockwise). I have seen smaller fixed size versions at Hardware stores with sponges . Or just have a helper spray water on the bit. It only takes about 30 sec / quarter inch of material.

Answer:	it will work on hex head screws that are this size... but you should not use it for that. you should use an actual hex head driver. this will strip easier, and not use it on a socket for the same reason. you could put a 3/8 or 1/4 socket male end adapter. the guide on this driver is for keeping long screws straight(ish) so you can put in a long screw with one hand, or just put it in easier.

Answer:	In contrast to the other answer above, yes a drive guide does have something to do with screw head size. It's for GUIDING the screws you're DRIVING (i.e. keeping them from wobbling). That is what the extending sleeve is for. I can fit a #8 wood screw in there which is all I have on hand. I measured the ID of the sleeve to be .385", and from a quick search I think #10 screw head might be .390". So #9 is probably the max. #10 is ever slightly too big I think.

Answer:	Not sure I understand your question. In using it, I've simply parked the curved (pipe) surface where I want the hole, set the saddle of the gig on the pipe, align to the hole size and placement and drill such. Works great.
Question:	Is it impact ready
Answer:	No, not really. The cutting surfaces of the bit are the tip of the flutes, not the sides. There will be some rubbing on the sides of the drill bit and obviously some wear, but it won't affect the diameter of the hole that the drill bit is designed to cut. With the possible exception of wood and cast iron, metal cutting good practice does involve using a cutting lubricant and always the appropriate cutting speed to achieve a design chip removal rate. Using a cutting lubricant would further reduce even the slight side wear of the drill bit due to using this guide. Using too high a cutting speed without a cutting lubricant, and thereby causing the cutting edges to overheat, lose temper and dull, are the primary causes for the cutting edges of the drill bit to wear out faster than they should. Answer:	I drilled six inches into Wood and it worked perfect 170 times. Don't see a problem just make sure the guide is clamped down well and don't put too much strain on the drill. I was skeptical myself but the result made a 100% believer out of me.
