Answer:	My 780 has a built in LED lite. Normally that is not really important unless you are working in dark places, which my husband was finishing the light in the hot tub and it was getting dark out. The light was extremely handy. I bought this for me because I wanted a lighter weight drill motor, however when a drill motor is needed for a project, he grabs mine. We are both tool people and each Christmas I put my orders in and let him know not to buy me cheap stuff. Unfortunately this eliminates me from using them first.

Answer:	The charger is rated 120 VAC only, 60 Hz. The cord is standard US 120VAC prongs, and no provision for swapping (unlike many laptop power supplies). Its manual is very specific about temperature range for charger and battery. It does not look adaptable to 240 VAC to me, and as fussy as it sounds, the 60 Hz may be critical too (in case you are going where 240 VAC is 50 Hz).
Question:	Chuck problems
Answer:	I have been using more than one of these drills in my cabinet shop and they have worked great. I have not noticed any problem with the chuck on any of ours. I would have to check but if you open the chuck up completely you could check if the retaining screw inside is loose. Not sure if this model has that screw.

Answer:	Nope...only to vibrate AND drill for concrete drilling...there is an M18 SDS hammer drill that has a hammer function w/o rotating... #2715-22DE ...expensive though.
Question:	Can this be used as a regular drill? I don't need to drill through anything. Just removing and tightening screws. I work in appliance repair
Answer:	Then what you want is the 12volt impact driver. Not this. The fuel version of the impact driver has a 1 and 2 power select. Power 1 would be good for taking screws out. Power 2 would be good for removal of motor mounts and brackets with secured with bolts.

Answer:	I received mine 26Oct2019. It is still in a plain box but came with an original manual with the warranty section, in multi languages so 20 pages (6.5 pages in English). It was in a bag with a cardboard cover over the chuck inside another box with padding. Looks new as expected and tested and works fine.
