Answer:	It won't draw any voltage with no cords plugged in. At that point the gauge is the only thing showing and there's no detectable draw at that point. Answer:	Have not tried to charge that type of battery. I use it for AA NiMH batteries and it seems to be fine for that. The #3 slot always shows a 110% charge upon completion regardless of which battery is in that position. Part of LED display is non-functional in that same slot. Have not decided whether to exchange the unit or not.

Answer:	Yes it does charge ALL types of batteries. I am not sure how it knows what is in the charger. The "OLD" one I had several tears ago, had a "switch" on the top that you had to put in the type of battery you wanted to charge. This new one works GREAT.

Answer:	no, i don't think so. but i also don't think they fully recharge after a few uses. recharged batteries only last about 15 or 20 minutes. rayovac and energizer rechargables are the same way. i would buy something else.

However, the 9V port is behind one of the 4 main slots, so these may need to be charged independently. If customer is only charging 4 AA/AAA then you can also charge one 9V battery. However, if charging all C/D batteries then customer can only charge max of 4 batteries.

Answer:	This is a "multivoltage" charger that accepts a power input anywhere from 100VAC to 240VAC, at both 50Hz and 60 Hz, so it will work anywhere in the world, and you don't need a power "converter", just a plug adapter that accepts the standard US plug and has the correct pins for any specific country on the other side/end. They're quite common and inexpensive (and available on Amazon, among many other places.) They're often sold in sets to fit multiple countries' outlets, but there is of course no single adapter for all EU countries, since many of them have their own "style" of electrical outlet.
Question:	Can this charger also recharge eneloop PRO AA batteries
Answer:	RBS's guess couldn't be more wrong...the eneloop pro, (black 2,550mAh) and the standard eneloop, (white 2,000mAh) will BOTH charge perfectly in this charger. Not only does it say so right in the included instructions with this charger, but I've been charging them both with this BQ-CC17 individual cell charger since it was first released and they all work and test out perfectly. The pro batteries simply take 2hr extra to fully charge when fully depleted in comparison with the standard white eneloop.

Answer:	I put my available batteries into the charger 24/7 and now is about one month. Everything works well, so I think it is "smart". Also, you can see the green light at the bottom when they are being charged. When they are full charged, the green light goes off. Usually it wont charge too long.
Question:	How do "C" Spacers and "D" Spacers work? Can it charge them? are they included or is it just a spot to put them once you buy "C" or "D" batteries
Answer:	The spacers use 1 AA battery and it can be used in generally any device that requires C or D batteries. The major drawback is that while the devices run the same 1.5 voltage per battery the lack of mAh or capacity is apparent with using an AA as a D battery. I prefer looking for a 2AA spacer like this - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EL0RPLM/which doubles the mAh capacity on a single battery. Depending on what device you use them on it could be useful or a headache as either you'll need to remove the battery to recharge them as they die or get more spacers and AA batteries. I have used the 2AA spacers with some regular Eneloops and they lasted the rated time stated on my 2D LED Maglite, but instead of dimming out a little the flashlight had nearly depleted the batteries. Still, they worked for a reasonable amount of time and at the most i would only need to carry an extra set of spacers with some Eneloops to easily swap them out.Some people got 5-6 hours on their toys or baby rockers with these spacers which imo wasn't bad, they would just have to do the same or to get the 2AA spacers which would double the run time. I wonder why Panasonic doesn't have 2AA spacers instead or at the very least offer the real C or D rechargeable batteries, which is an expensive alternative but well worth it since there are plenty of devices that require D batteries.
