Answer:	All air compressors create heat. The greater the compressor the more heat. It's physical law, squeeze air and it gets hot. The connections, hoses and even the tank will feel somewhere between hot and warm because of this. Rule one: Don't touch the hot parts. Your situation as described may or may not be normal. I don't know. If you noticed the pressure and it was within limits, it may be normal.

Answer:	mine will produce 150 psi. I have a nail gun and I can shoot 16 penny nails with it hooked to the compressor. I actually have a larger tank that mine is hooked to that was part of a much larger compressor. I have a hose running from the large tank and use it for nailing, for blow cleaning chain saws, etc and for airing tires as well as for my impact wrench.

Answer:	Typically, for a 3/8 inch air hose, there will be a 1/4" MNPT (male national pipe thread) nipple factory attached to each end of the hose. To add quick disconnects to the hose you will need a Quick Disconnect COUPLER (adapter), size 1/4 inch, with 1/4" FNPT (1/4" female national pipe thread) for the tool end of the hose. For the compressor end of the hose, if your compressor is equipped with a Quick Disconnect Coupler, you will only need a 1/4" size Quick Disconnect NIPPLE with 1/4" FNPT (1/4" female national pipe thread) for attaching to your air hose. If your compressor is not equipped with a Quick Disconnect you can simply attach the compressor end of the hose directly to the discharge port of your air compressor regulator. Answer:	It works on both AC/DC only. There is no internal battery. It works off house current when you are at home and the car's battery when you are on the road.
Question:	What is the threading on the connectors? It says 1/4 inch, but I think that is the hose inside diameter. The connectors look like 1/2 inch diameter
Answer:	Connecting is no issue (you are going to put in more air afterall), but disconnecting can be made easier and faster if you have positioned the valve stem at the top of the tire (when you park the car) and/or just inflat an extra pound perhaps and be fast as you unscrew the hose. I bought this machine after having a cheaper air station that required I flip a lever to secure the hose to the valve stem. It was way more difficult and I seemed to lose a lot more air than screwing in the hose as in the Kensun machine. In fact, this was one of the reasons I purchased the Kensun because my former air station plastic latch for the valve stem broke and the cost for the part and shipping was 50% the cost of the air station machine (with no instructions on line about how to install the new latch). I have used the Kensun twice and find it vastly superior (it would be even better if there was a way to set it to quit when it reached the right air pressure.

Answer:	Yes it will fit. However, it's a good idea to get an extra fitting kit also that has a bunch of connectors, unions, nipples, and a few more quick release ends. The extra parts will come in handy cause every time you get another nozzle or air tool or whatever, you will need these parts. They go together really easy. If you were good with Lego's as a kid, this shouldn't be hard to figure out. Also, you will need Teflon tape, (very important)!!! Without it you will have leaks in all your fittings. Tape is cheap, so use it generously...usually 4 or 5 wraps around each threaded fitting will be good. A couple adjustable wrenches to hold each of the two pieces your putting together and you will be good to go.

Answer:	I would think you would have to secure and seal a small pipe in the tube end, then attach either the male or female fitting to the pipe. These fittings aren't designed to attach to anything except other fittings.
