Answer: Though it’s true, not all coil nails are created the same, as long as they keep there form (don’t get crushed in you pouch or stuff thrown on top of the coil nail box in your truck) you should be more or less fine. The gun you use also makes a difference. I’ve had good success with Max, also bostich. They seem to jam far less and are somewhat easier to unjam than other brands I’ve used, like my dads ridged and porter cable. But remember no gun and no nail brand, even if both Top tier, will be completely jam free.

Answer: I have a similar set that has more screw drivers and no bits {same Manufacturer). Mine has two slots located behind the top row of screw drivers that will accommodate a screw or peg. I don't see why this model would not have those slots.

If your TV has the old screw terminals you'll need a converter box if you can still find them. The cost of the converter boxes is about half of an entry level HDTV. You may find it's time to upgrade. The old TV's can't receive HDTV signals on their own. Also you might find that you have a TV without a tuner. We used to call them monitors and they were used in TV studios. In that case you will still need a converter box or you will have to replace the set.
