Answer: | Differential is the spread between cut on and Cut off. So if you have it set Off at 175 psi it would cut in at 135 psi. You will need to consider a different type of switch for a 75 psi differential. |

Answer: | Dear Sirs, first unplug power from the unit. Do not want to get shocked. Get a flat finger nail file and clean the surface on the contacts. Open up the contacts, place the file in between the contacts and use the pressure of the springs to clean the contacts. If you have contact cleaner, brake cleaner spray down the unit and let dry. If you have reserve air, blow the unit out. This should fix the problem. If not look to see if you have a malfunction or something sticking else where to prevent the unit from working properly.
