The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement.
Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bring dust to the air path.
Pay attention to direction of air flow and arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.
Pressure Adjustment
Pull up the knob of pressure gauge, rotate:
If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily.Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.
Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob,forget this step you may face leakage problem.
Dial Reading
Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.
Drainage
Drainage column will automatic excrete if there is no pressure,and it will close during the air flow passing. When the water level is beyond upper limit, drainage is necessary, otherwise that will cause poor dehumidification.
Oil Adjustment
Rotate the needle valve in the “+” direction to increase the oil absorption speed, and it will slow down or stop when you rotate to “-” direction.
Refueling
Rotates refueling screw clockwise, oil you add should not exceed 80% of bowl. After refueling, please tighten the refueling screw.

Answer: | I have been using it for six months. I have not noticed any excess oil in lines or venting out when depressurizing the lines. I do have it in the air lines behind the two air connectors I use mostly for wood work especially painting. I hope that helps. |

Question: | What type of oil for the oiler bowl and where do you pour it? How can you tell if your tools get oiled, is there a adjuster for the oil |
Answer: | Do not put air compressor oil in the bowl. Use air tool oil only. There is a difference. The bowl can be unlocked by pushing down on the little black tab at the top of the gown while pushing up on the bowl and turning clockwise about 1/8 turn until the arrow at the top of the bowl aligns with the unlock symbol. It is a little stuff generally due to the oring inside. Depressurize completely first. Do not try to remove the bowl under pressure. The oiler on mine has a clear sight glass bubble at the top and if you watch it while you are running a tool at no load you should be able to see a drop forming and falling inside the sight glass bubble. You can adjust by turning the sight glass in the direction of the + or - on top to achieve more or less oil. I like about 1 drop every 5 seconds for my air tools. |

Answer: | The air coming from the compressor goes in on the left as you are facing it. It goes into the combination regulator/filter/water separator unit first and passes to the right-side unit which is the lubricator. It then passes out to your tool line on the right-hand side. |
