Question:	Does this actually require 400 L/min to work right
Answer:	I received mine on October 26 and the expiration date was November 17, very stale. I went and bought a bag from a grocery store and the expiration date was almost three months away. So what do I do with the remaining 39 bags of chips, hmmmmm, Halloween was right around the corner.............TRICK or CHIPS, kids!!!
Question:	Do I need 3 of these units as shown in the picture
Answer:	I ordered these a couple of months ago (summer 2020) and unfortunately the expiration date was only 3 weeks into the future. (I had ordered these a few years ago on Amazon and the expiration date of those was 7 weeks out, which was the minimum amount of time that I was expecting out of my order this summer.) I ended up having to give a lot of these away because our household couldn't get through 40 bags in 3 weeks.

Answer:	These are awesome chips!! However, you do not know the expiration date until you receive them. I just received a box yesterday, March 20 2019, with an expiration of April 09 2019. If you plan to sell them, it's fine. If they're for personal consumption, not so much. They did offer a refund or replacement though.

Answer:	Certain kettle chips are hard to find, especially the unsalted. Mostly Whole Foods Store Chains carry them.
Question:	where do I get filters for these
Answer:	It does not say "vegan" on the bag (I buy the unsalted, which I prefer), and the ingredients list is "potatoes, safflower and/or sunflower and/or canola oil." The bag is also marked "kosher/parve." This is the only unsalted potato chip I have ever been able to eat. I have found the baked chips I've tried to be too hard. I think these have a great taste.

Question:	Can this also be used to manually drain the tank if you ever had to fully drain it for some reason
Answer:	Potato chips are difficult to sell online, as they arrive to us at about 100 days from expiration. They are not designed to be stored for months. We assemble and ship the cases usually within a week of receipt, but by the time they are shipped they are often at about 2-3 months on average. The good news is that they are often good for months after the "best by", however we do not ship anything expired or near expiration. Our average shipment is about 300 cases, and that takes us about a month to sell. Right now, as of Mar 31, most of our exp. dates are July 2017. We just sent a new shipment days ago.
