The true continuous HP would be about 65% or 1170 watts and the conversion from watts to HP is 746 Watts.The continuous HP is 1.568 at 120 volts, your line voltage may be less. The color black is a guess by me. But when you saw/grind steel, the grindings are black, and the saw is covered with these grindings. The black grindings look like a heavy black dust covering the chop saw. |
