One of the smaller star bits and and one of the smaller hex heads rounded off on stubborn fasteners. Question:	Does this include both U.S. and metric sets? If not, which does it include
Answer:	This includes two sets both US (inch fraction) and metric (mm)--also, I've owned many, many of these sets and I really like the hinged holders on these. Drawback is the size markings on the holders wears off fairly easy--however, nobody usually uses the markings anyway--it's just pick 'til you find the right size.
Question:	How does the ball hex end help? I am unable to understand why I would need to use that end
Answer:	Once you loosen a screw with the short end, you can place the ball end in the screw to quickly remove it. This is really helpful for screws in tight places where if you flip the product you can't make a full revolution. The ball design also helps align the hex key in the screw head easier than other hex key designs.

Answer:	if i remember California USA. you can click on the seller to see were an item is from. got this for my son and he is very happy with it.

Answer:	No anything that is volt rated will list it. They put this rubber/plastic coating on it for grip and to color code sizes

Answer:	I don't know if it will or it won't without seeing it. I can't tell you that without seeing it but be sure to check on your disposal that a Allen wrench is not taped on it somewhere. They all come with one as far as I know and some times the installer will tape one to it so it will be there when needed.
