Answer:	The ratcheting action will come from the 1/2 inch input ratchet you will be using. A multiplier is just a planetary gear set the head will not move just the internal gears.

It goes down in water easier and will clean better. U should wait at least 45 minutes for it to get fully wet before starting to clean the pool.
