Answer:	No, we do not recommend our product for use with a puller bolt.

Answer:	They actually open a bit further that 2", but when you close them at the maximum opening it's just over 2". If you are trying to grip a round 2" pipe, you're going to have problems since the jaws are not that deep ...like a 10" fish trying to swallow a 6" fish ...too much fish.

Answer:	The motor is powerful enough to plane hardwood, not sure you want to plane a composite, they are not designed to be planed? Might be better off with a specialty sand paper to work the composite. Just be aware from a woodworking standpoint planing hardwoods is going to cause blade sharpening to be needed more frequently.

Answer:	I cut 3 ft sections of cedar trees in half length lenght wise. I use this planer to then even out the interior surface of the log to make benches. Tried using a hand powered rasp. Then quickly bought the Makita. I prefer Makita brand to all others.. Blades make quick work of a14 inch wide bench top, leaving a smooth surface thst requires only finish sanding after a finish has been applied.
