Technical support (according to the sticker) is provided in the USA via 800 number (though there is surely no guaranty that any 800 number will always and forever go to a US-based support team). That's what the sticker says, at least. I say "unfortunately" above because this is the second unit she's had. the first one simply gave up the ghost after a couple or three years. Remember when a bathroom scale was a generational thing, and you only replaced it when the bath was remodeled and it "looked old?" Yeah, those were the days. |

| Answer: | I used this set to build many furniture items I ordered when I moved back in August. The phillips is a small screw driver so you may wish to have a regular one on hand. Also, there are "bits" and a handle (not sure the technical terms here) and you can put together a phillips this way. I found it easier to use the phillips screwdrivers I already had as one had a shorter handle and the other is battery operated. Then again, I suffer from Arthritis and poor hand strength. Basically, this little set should have everything you will need. |
