Answer:	Yes. You can lay them flat to hone either side... And for the edge, you simply flex the scraper into a curve against the disc so it self levels at exactly 90 degrees.

Answer:	I do not believe you can use the work sharp for this. It would be difficult if not impossible to keep the angles. The Drill Doctor does a wonderful job of sharpening drill bits.

The US has 60 Hz alternating current, where Europe uses 50 Hz current. When we lived in Germany, this ruined the motor for our stereo's turntable.
