Answer:	The internet is full of answers and the box has instructions...but since you asked here you go: roll out your dough, lay it over the metal piece. Line up the plastic piece over the now covered metal piece and use the plastic piece to push pockets into the dough you just placed over the metal piece. Now you have a place to add your fillings. Now roll out a second piece of dough and lay it over the first piece of dough that now has filling in all 6 pockets. Now that it is covered, take your rolling pin and roll over the now covered metal piece. Press firmly enough to allow the rolling pin to push against the metal piece and both crimp and cut out the dumplings/pierogi. Remove the trimmed excess dough from the metal piece and you should now have 6 dumplings with filling.
Question:	Do the lengths given for these bits (50mm, 100mm, 150mm) include the hex shank portion ? Or is it just the round shaft down to the tip
Answer:	The pierogi is about 4" each. You get 2 pierogi's per round circle, 6 per tray. It really is a good product and making pierogi's is much easier and they are very uniformed in shape and makes for even cooking.

Answer:	No they are not made in Japan. Comes in zip lock bag with no marking. Authentic Japanese tools come in very nice packaging. Engraving the bits with "Japan Seal" does not mean anything. Even the engraved letters looks terrible with large burrs and rough edges.

Answer:	I would recommend a Picquic Sixpac plus handle from here on amazon. That comes with 7 (3inch) bits already in a nice handle. But you can change out any or all of those with these, to mix or match, in case you have special needs in your work. The good thing about the Picquic handle is that it holds 6 bits in the handle and one in the working end, and it is easy to change them without risk of loss by pressing on the one you need from the end. I set up two Picquics of different colors with torx and regular bits and so have 14 bits in only two drivers and no other pieces to carry or worry about. Be advised to get the Picquic that use 1/4inch drives like the "sixpac plus" does; they do make a couple that use 3/16" drives.

Answer:	If it is indeed a Torx screw, chances are good one of these will fit, it is a very good range for small electronics. But, there are numerous "6 point" fasteners, some Torx arrangement and some not. No way to tell without a picture.
