Answer: My ryobi model # RS290 works with the RSV282vs. If the RS241 looks similar to the 290 I'd give it a try. The repair has 4 holes which appear 1.25" on center. The 8 air holes are 7/16" diameter. The diameter is 4.75". But the key dimension for any model is the 4 holes attaching it to the dander.
