Answer:	I looked at the fisher price farm animals - too bad they don't mention their size - the barn is probably larger, but they would definitely fit & would be cute.

Question:	what are the block size
Answer:	The square block is 2 3/4 inches by 2 3/4 inches and 1 5/8 inches thick. The rectangle block is 2 3/4 inches by 5 1/2 inches and 1 5/8 inches thick . All the rest can be figured out from there. They are a nice size block made of heavy wood. Not light and scrawny like other children's blocks I have seen. These will last forever! You will be passing these blocks down to your grandchildren and beyond...
Question:	are the children in the picture playing with the 60 piece set or do they have more
Answer:	I'd say they may have a few more, but there are a really good amount to build with in 6o. The photo looks like there is a large flat one on top in the back, which I don't have, so there may be extras in the photo. If you start to count them you can see there are approx. 60-70 in the photo. They are wonderful, and bigger than I expected. Hefty.
Question:	are these unfinished wood (preferable) or do they have some sort of laquer or finish on them
Answer:	They seem to be smooth, but unfinished.....no lacquer finish

Answer:	You wouldn't be able to spell them both out at the same time due to not enough "A" blocks. Only colors the blocks come in is red, green, blue and orange. In Jackson it's mostly all orange (green j, red a, orange ckso and green n). Alexandra is mostly alternating red and blue with 2 green. If you want a picture, email [email protected].

Answer:	They are wood, but NOT the sturdy ones from years ago. They are a softer wood and weigh approximately 50% less.

Answer:	The set has four of each letter (two being the colorful red,blue,green or yellow and the other two being more simplistic outlines of the letter) so you would be able to spell out Elliot. I went through my blocks to make sure it could be done ;). Just a heads up all the letters to spell Elliot are either Red or Blue so if you were hoping to get more of a color variation that will not happen with this set. I also bought this set for a maternity shoot and it worked out well for the photos however I was hoping to use these blocks as a toy for my soon to be son and was disappointed at how sharp the corners were on these blocks. The blocks also ended up being smaller than I had expected them to be. Hope this helps :)

Question:	Can each of these blocks support about 350 pounds?I want to stand on them to deadlift
Answer:	I think they can support that much weight initially. But how they are made I can see the seem around the edge of one side. With daily use under that much weight I am not sure how long they would hold up. I suggest you have solid blocks cut from wood at he hardware store instead. Also, having them custom cut you can create a size with three usable heights. With these you would only be able to use the shortest height with any stability. Good luck!

Answer:	They could support the weight but I wouldn't recommend them for deadlifting. They are very slippery unless force placed on them is directly downward.

Answer:	They're rather big blocks and I wouldn't think they're so unsafe for 1.5 years and up. There's really no piece that's small enough to swallow. Worse thing a baby might do is him themself or another child with a block, but anyone can do that!

Answer:	Yes - Several companies in the USA make similar unit blocks. You can do a Google search -- but the ones I found are Whitney Brothers, Barclay Woods, and Carolina Pratt. There may be others.

Answer:	This sanding block arrived with sand paper attached that measured 4½ˣ5½.

Answer:	I can’t find mine right now because it’s been a while since I used it nevertheless it did a great job and I was happy with the result. The product was made to last! I recommend it!
Question:	Does this come with a sheet of sandpaper, or does it need to be bought separately
Answer:	Yes has one sheet and you can replace with whatever grit you need. Beware this is a hard plastic block. I thought it was made of rubber and would have some give to it.
Question:	What size sheet of sandpaper is needed
Answer:	For the rubber one (not the hard plastic red-handled one), I tear 9x11” sheets of sandpaper into four 9x2.75” sheets. They fit into the holder perfectly — exactly the correct width and length.
