Answer:	Thanks for your questions. We are not aware of a manually Inflatable Pry Bar that is rated higher than 500 lbs. There are pneumatic pads on the market that will perform heavier lifting.

Answer:	I'm not sure if it would take one or two to lift a refrigerator, but I think you could lift one corner with one, insert the wheel and then move to the next corner.

Answer:	The way I understand it, is the 5000 lbs is for each one not totally together. So four would give maximum weight bearing of 20,000 lbs.

Answer:	I don’t know how much a shipping container weighs, but I have lifted the heavy end of a 3000 pound lathe several times with this toe jack.

We have not tested this with a longer tube and yours is the first request we have had. The tubing is glued in place at the Bag/valve so that it does not come apart and we are not sure if you replaced with a longer tube if it would stay on when under pressure. We can’t warranty the AirShim product once modified nor can we be responsible for damage or injury to the user and/or the material being lifted by the modified AirShim.

Answer:	I don’t know if it’s made in China, but I have moved my 2000 lb milling machine 4 times and my 3000 lb lathe 3 times with it without any problems. In my opinion, it’s great value for the money. With that said, I don’t know how it would hold up under daily heavy use. If you’re in a machine moving business, you might want something more heavy duty, but for something to keep in the shop for occasional use, it’s great. I fully expect to get many more years of service out of mine.

Question:	In which side I need to rotate leveler? Clockwise or counterclockwise
Answer:	Yes, if by height you mean the depth of the vanes. Loosen the grip by turning counter clockwise. This will allow you to spin the vanes upward or downward along the main screw. Once you have your ideal depth, tighten the grip clockwise.
Question:	Which direction are you supposed to turn it? Clockwise or Counter Clockwise
Answer:	The distributor tool does more than even the grounds. When you take a ruler acrost the top I assume the extra grounds fall away and you tamp what’s left. The issue with that is you should be measuring the exact gram weight of coffee in your basket. The distributor tool then distributes your exact does of coffee evenly and compresses it. Then when you tamp it your just further compression a perfectly even puck. So when you hit it with 9 atmospheres of pressure it doesn’t get any holes in the puck or extract faster/slower in different areas. Instead it evenly soaks and then extracts. Hope that helps. Cheers.

I believe this action serves to level and distribute any grounds that sit higher then the ridge side of the levelor and then turning in the opposite direction smooths the leveled surface. I don't think it matters much which direction you start with and I use a bit of a back and forth spin. This action works well for me. In the end my pucks are always evenly distributed and smooth, ready to receive a perfect tamp.

Answer:	The height of the Anderson adapter(red) does not work. The height advertised is not correct, when set to max height it provides slim to no stability.

Answer:	The thread size is METRIC. Just got back from "Fastenal" to get two : M30 - 3.5 nuts, for my Eaz-Lift 48850 Tri-Pod. By the time you screw the ball into the red funnel, you can't used the tightening rod anymore, as the hole for the rod, is too high up in the funnel. BAD DESIGN !! Let me say it another way, BAD DESIGN.............!!!! I put the two nuts at the bottom of the threaded shaft, lock them together, and then use the locked together nuts, to tighten the ball into the funnel. I also used 6"x6" wood post, 10" long , to set the Tri-Pod on, so everything is stable and fits like it should. Have talked with Eaz-Lift. They responded, quote......"We will take your suggestion under advisement"... end quote. What the h..ll does that mean???

Answer:	I put it on my 2005 chevy 2500. I'm very positive it will work for 02 1500hd. Drilling through the frame seemed impossible and not a good idea. I had a welder weld mine to the frame

Answer:	If you know a good welder it will work on any truck. This universal kit is designed to have you drill through the frame. In my opinion use this kit and weld the brackets to the inside or outside of the frame and do not use a lot of the bolts provided. As far as it being a direct bolt on kit, I would say highly doubtful on any make or model. It is "universal"

Answer:	I've used them used under the wheels of some rather large class A motorhomes. What destroys them is if they start to slide when you drive onto them. You have to orient them like a staircase so that you are not attempting to "climb" more than the thickness of "one block per step". Rough, rocky ground can also damage them. In many situations, you'll need more than just 10 blocks. If you really want to be prepared, get 20, or even 30 blocks (two or three 10-pks.) If you use them under the rear of a motorhome that has duals, you need separate "staircases" of blocks for inner/outer wheels, because the blocks are not wide enough to support both inner and outer wheels on the width of a single block.
