Answer:	I purchased this piece, and kept the original packaging for it. No where on the package, or on the various component parts, does it list the sizes. The tool did not fit for the use I had in mind when I bought it, but it's made of soft low quality steel, so with just a few minutes effort I was able to file the tips down to fit and work for my application. This is an inexpensive tool of below average quantity so I don't recommend purchasing it if you will be using it regularly. But, if like me you just need it for a one-time repair, you may find the lower quality adequate for your needs, as it was for mine. Since it doesn't list the tip sizes, and I don't have a way to measure them, I also don't recommend it unless you have a file with which to adapt it.

Answer:	I had the same problem. I sent it back for another one and it is the same. When you click the red release button the spring in the handle move instead of the clamp. It works fine when there is no clamp in it.

Answer:	No. This tool removes the plastic panel clips (also called christmas trees) used to attach the plastic/cardboard interior door panels to the metal structural panel of a car door. It does so by opening when you squeeze the handle, thereby putting pressure against the metal panel and the plastic/cardboard door panel, forcing them apart and pulling the christmass tree clip out of the hole in the metal panel without damaging the more delicate interior plastic panel.To remove the C-clip that retains a window crank, you need a tool that spreads the clip, opening it at the ends, so the handle can pull off of its shaft.
