Answer:	Maybe the design has changed slightly, but the 10x6x3 ones DO STACK on top of each other, the will not nestle together while not in use.

Answer:	Mine came packaged nicely. It arrived in an Amazon box the size of the shoebox. Inside the box were plastic air pillows and the actual Leatherman cardboard box (not plastic clamshell). Inside the box was the tool, the leather pouch and caribiener clip.

Question:	Does the sheath hold more than the skeletool itself? Would it hold a bit kit as well as a bit driver extender
Answer:	Yes both bit holders (held in same pocket)and bit driver have dedicated stow spots. But after a month the nylon sheath has so much wiggle room that the skeletool can fall out I lost one that way. Had to buy a new one and customize the sheath.
Question:	The picture shows a non-serrated blade, but the model on Leatherman's website shows a serrated blade. Anyone know what I will actually receive
Answer:	Originally the Skeletool CX came with a half serrated blade and the stainless Skeletool came with a smooth blade. Sometime after 2008 (when I bought my Skeletool CX) they switched the design. Now the Skeletool CX now has the smooth blade and the stainless Skeletool has the half serrated blade.
Question:	This says that it is 1.57" long compared to the 50 being 4" long. Is this true
Answer:	Hi Jeff,I don't know of any multitools that are 1.57 inches long.The 4" length sounds about right though.I don't want to bum you out but the Skeletool looks much cooler than it is.Do yourself a favor and look at/buy the Sidekick instead.The Sidekick has more features and is a great little tool, much better value than the Skeletool IMHO.

Question:	Just got the skeletool cx, but can anyone suggest a good oil to use on the joints ( a little to tough opening
Answer:	In my work environment, I use no oil because it will capture dust and sand. I you are still concerned about it, use dry graphite powder.
Question:	Does the positon of the blade get in the way (no chance of getting cut or stab) while using the other tools
Answer:	When closed position no. When in plier open position (‘using other tools’ per your question), Yes, blade can open about one inch from handle leaving enough space for an entire adult pinkie finger to slide under blade. I own this knife and love it, but this is a major design oversight. I actually use this flaw as a wire stripper which works quite well. The strange part is there is a cut out on the tool allowing the blade to open into this position, it was machined this way. Current owners, try opening yours, notch on blade fits perfectly into handle notch when opening blade about 1” in plier position. . . .

Answer:	Yes
Question:	How does the black wear? Is it black the whole way through? Or just a layer of black on the outside
Answer:	The black is a DLC coating over 154CM stainless steel for rust prevention.
Question:	Is the carabiner clip removable
Answer:	No, and the clip is not removable. It is Intercal to the knife. However it doesn’t get in the way and I don’t use mine and never really notice it. It doesn’t in any way interfere with the use of the knife or pliers or anything like that.
Question:	Is this silver or white. Saw a YouTube video and its white with black blade and plier
Answer:	I ordered the one shown (black blade and pliers) but did not receive that one. Mine was basic Skeletool with silver blade and pliers, black handle. If you want the black tools with silver handle, you probably should look elsewhere.

Answer:	Yeah it has a bunch of bits you can replace on it. But there’s a button below the bit that you have to hold down before you pull the bit out
