Personally, I use a refill adapter to refill my One-LB propane bottles from the 20-LB BBQ propane tank. I like the ease of the 1-LB bottles. The 20-LB tanks are too bulky for camping trips. Cheerios.

Answer:	My daughter purchased this chair on Amazon and I use it regularly. I lay my folder chair on stairs, put the bag over the bottom feet part of the chair on all sides, then pull the top of the bag while standing the chair upright. It will shimmy up to halfway where it gets stuck around the bulky extra chair parts in the middle. Once you shimmy the bag around that part, it comes up easily for the remaining half.
