Answer:	Most of my knife guards are by Everpride, although all my knives are Wusthof. If Wusthof says that knife cover fits a 5” knife, I would trust that. I have found that the knife is less secure if it is in a guard that is too big. I only have one Wusthof cover and I do like it slightly better than the Everpride. I apologize for not being able to provide a more specific answer.

Answer:	Inventory levels for each seller is different. Depending on who has the "buy box", it could be a quantity of 1 or 999+. I suspect you purchased the knife from the seller that had only 1 of the item and now you see another seller's inventory of 3.

Answer:	Open the knife by pressing the button. Flip the knife over so that the sharp edge is up. You'll notice a corrugated bar where your index finger rests. Push that bar to the side (with your thumb towards the clip) to release the blade stop. You can then carefully push the blade back with your index finger initially and then completely closed with your thumb using the little nubs. It can also be closed with the sharp end down using the index finger to pull towards palm to release the stop. It's all about safety !
