Answer:	All are included, chain and a small container of oil. Mine broke on the third limb, gear was plastic. I returned it, no one within 100 miles wanted to work on it under the warranty. Save your money. A better choice is the Poulan. It cost a little more, but is better constructed.
Question:	Does this saw come with a chain, or must it be purchased separately
Answer:	The only thing I can think of, aside from a problem with the motor, would be when you start the motor, you usually have the carburetor set on "choke" or you have it set half way. If after it starts, you don't move it to the "run" setting it will not run properly. It will bog down. Hope that helps.

The instructions are very unclear and there is no clear way to adjust the position of the bar to tighten the chain. The adjustment knob will not do it as I tightened it as much as I could. After playing around with it I managed to tightened the chain but do not think it will last. This problem is a design flaw with this item.

Answer:	When taken out of the box, it comes in three sections which slips together electrically and then tightened with the attached round coupling nut, it ends up 8 1/2 foot long. When they say it extends up to 15' approximately, it's not the tool that extends, they really mean in combination with your "height" (how tall you are) and your "arm extension" ( your reach) it *could* reach 15', I hope I answered you question.

Answer:	I would use a different type of glue for that. This is for bonding wood. Try something like weldbond for that application.
Question:	Do i need to purchase oil or does it come with some
Answer:	good glue--use it a lot
Question:	The site says that they cannot ship to my street address in northern california. has anyone not been able to get this shipped to the usa
Answer:	not sure have never tried to but I think it might give it a try
Question:	Is anyone having issues with chain falling off every few cuts? Mine is new and doing this
Answer:	Dip a toothpick or two, in wood glue and put them in the hole. Let it dry and then break the toothpick off at the edge of the hole. Screw the hinge back on and you’ll be set.

Crafted with a Japanese SK-4 carbon-enriched steel blade, the impulse hardened teeth are 3X stronger than conventional teeth. Aggressive tooth design with raker gaps and double hook makes those hard to reach cuts even easier. Hard chrome plated, it prevents rust and sap build up while the raker gaps allow for fast removal of cut material and help keep the blade cooler.
