| Answer: | I used a cheap brick hammer in Utah on my vacation and it was ok for a couple of hours and then the rocks started to win as they reshaped the striking surfaces. You need a hardened steel hammer for hard rocks. Drop Forged is meaningless unless it is also hardened steel. Take my advice, spend the money on a true hardened steel hammer. I ordered this one and it was so poorly forged that I returned it right away. It was a long way from "precision" so I'm also guessing the steel is a long way from "hardened". |

The 44% carbamide peroxide whitening gel is the strongest concentration available so it's important to apply a very small amount of whitening gel into dental trays. The gel will expand once activated and provide ample teeth coverage. Any excessive amount applied will allow gel to remain suspended on gums causing the potential for irritation. The instructions go on to state "Extending treatment times may be done depending on tooth sensitivity." The longer the gel is left on the more whitening results. But after about 45 minutes to an hour, the gel has usually dissipated to the point where added whitening benefit is marginal. But in general, it is at the discretion of the user how long to keep gel applied once you are comfortable with treatments, etc. |
