Answer:	I would guess that a rigid branded pipe threader switch would also work. Rigid and one other major brand have pipe threaders that are almost identical to the steel dragon pipe threader. I swear that the instruction manual that came with my steel dragon pipe threader was a photo copy of the manual for one of the big brands pipe threader, and I think they even copied the model number of the big brand threader that the manual was photo copied from. If I remember correctly the steel dragon had listings for replacement parts for that cutter.
Question:	Does the hss die of rigid fits this machine
Answer:	Ridgid dies will not fit in this die head.
