Answer:	There is no maximum rpm. What is more important is the feed rate into the material you are trying to cut. It works well on a hand drill and grinder. These maxed out at 3400 RPM.

Question:	Will it cut copper
Answer:	No this is tool won't help.you will have to use a scraper. A painter scraper is thicker than a puffy knife. Your either going to have high spots from the glue or a hole where the glue rips the drywall. The glue high spots will still have to be scraped off.it's really no big deal just get drywall mud then.Fill in the holes,let dry,then skim coat it then light sanding. Buy the small bucket of mud it's called professional grade.easier to apply,and when you sand it won't put dust in the air,it's made to fall downward .then vacum.

Answer:	I'm pretty sure it would. It's made from wire cable and should cut through hair and most junk caught in your chair castors. Using friction it cuts through PVC easily so hair should be no problem.
