Answer:	I've never used it for jewelry but it cuts wire very crisply and the nose has a flat crimper that would close small metal parts easily.

Answer:	As a bike mechanic, I would highly recommend getting a tool specficially for cable cutting. It's a curved blade that won't fray the stands. I expect steel cables will dull this blade quickly.

Answer:	On the left there is a label ("INSUL AND NON-INSUL") that points the center of the two places to crimp, with the one closest to the pivot color coded for blue and yellow connectors (or 16 - 10 gauge), and the next crimp area for red connectors (or 22 - 18 gauge). The bump on the right side between the two is not meant for crimping.

Answer:	I used it outdoors to put lights in the back yard. The conduit runs up under the eaves. Make sire you use the proper connectors and fittings. Ours is going on 2 years and it's holding up just fine

Answer:	I seriously doubt it will meet the local code anywhere for exposed wiring because it is plastic. it was make for underground wiring runs. The primary advantage of it over steel tubing is it won't rust and leak water into it when buried. Steel tubing is required for exposed wires on walls because it is resistant to nails.
Question:	Does this tool strip wires
Answer:	Because it is "split" you will likely get wet concrete inside unless you wrap it with tape. If this is a temporary measure to keep concrete mix off of the piping while it dries, should work fine.
Question:	Does the set contain both male and female connectors that can be disconnected and reconnected
Answer:	This could be buried,but it will not be waterproof. It was not manufactured for underground use
