Question:	What is the depth on these
Answer:	There's about six pieces of each color per size, two sizes. There is blue, green, yellow, pink, red, and orange. If you need just two colors you might have to buy a sheet of the color you want and cut them yourself, or check with some stained glass companies and see if they can sell you what your looking for. I did see on amazon a pack of leaves they were selling but I don't remember the colors listed.

Answer:	I don't know anything about Kabota, but it should work. Check with Kabota dealer to be sure. It works great on my Cat 262D. You have to have hydraulics to work the grapple.

Question:	How thick is the spreader? Would I be able to slide a 1/2" pvc pipe onto it? (for a table display
Answer:	There's usually one clamp per unit unless otherwise stated. Included is a fixed end piece with the turning handle and the other end which moves up and down the length of the pipe. Remember, the pipe is not included. Go to Home Depot, Lowes, or another hardware store to have the pipe cut and threaded. The last ones I bought were for a specific project and I bought pipes that were 5' long.
Question:	What is the pressure
Answer:	Black iron is arguably the best. Galvanized iron pipe is prone to slipping because the zinc is soft enough to act as a bit of a lubricant between the edge bite of the dogs on the sliding part and the iron of the actual pipe. When you find yourself fighting slippage when clamping down, that’s pretty much what’s going on.

Answer:	Check the bar code label. Sizes are mixed with some "Made in USA" and others "Made in China" on the bar code. They may be getting steel from China & assembling them in Denver (I think). And it could be older/newer stock. There has been more emphasis put on where component parts are manufactured, not so much as to where assembled. Jorgensen Steel & Aluminum is still out of Texas so not sure.

Answer:	I bought the 24" size and they are very heavy duty. If the clamps say 12" then they most probably will work for twelve inch material. You may want to consider a larger size to accommodate any extra material you may use to ensure you are able to use more pieces along each side to protect and straighten the material being clamped.

Answer:	Yes and you need threaded pipes for this pipe clamp
Question:	I've seen some Irwin clamps rated for 150 lb pressure and some for 300. What's this pack rated
Answer:	Yes, it would be difficult. I place my clamps spaced far enough apart for the panel I'm making. I then place a piece of scrap stock across the two clamps that act as rests so the work doesn't doesn't sit against the black pipe. Place the work on the scrap piece and slightly tighten the clamps, then tap down the work onto the scrap and into the clamp. Makes for a nice fit.

Answer:	Slide the clamp head toward the fixed end with the item to be clamped between the two. Pivot the handle toward the bar and tighten as needed. To release, loosen the handle, pivot the handle away from the bar and slide the head along the bar.

Answer:	I don't know if you can. You want want to call Arrow Fastener and ask them. They might send you one. But I know I don't have access to buy them.

Answer:	1. You might want to call Jim LuleyJim Luley, Manager of Product Development for Pony Tools, Inc., the manufacturer of the clamps (312) 924-0071. He explained to me how to unjam the clamps. Very nice guy.2. Put the clamp on the bench, with the rail in the air. Unscrew the handle (counter clockwise) as far as it will go. Do not cinch it down - not even snug. Just unscrew it until it stops. Hold the rail in your weak hand, take a mallet in your strong hand, and give the handle a sharp rap in the direction away from the rail. Hope I was able to explain it properly. If confused by my narrative, give Jim a call.
Question:	Maple or rubberized handles
Answer:	While I prefer the look of the maple the fact is the rubberized handles provide a better grip. This is especially important if your hands are wet - as is often the case when you are trying to clean squeeze out with a damp rag during clamping. The new clamps are rubber but you can still pick up the maple handled ones here and there.

Answer:	There are many more variations among bar clamps than appear from just looking at the pictures. "Lightweight" indicates a less sturdy clamp for lighter weight pieces and crafts. "Heavy Duty" clamps may look the same in photos but are much sturdier and can be used to clamp large pieces of furniture and countertops. Prices vary according to sturdiness, size and company. Surprise, Chinese made items are the cheapest. Good quality German clamps more expensive. Buy them individually to suit your needs.
Question:	Does the bottom part of the clamp slide down the shaft so it is adjustable
Answer:	If you are able to see them in the picture there is a metal tab that allows the tension to be released and the slide to move all the way to the end of the...shaft.

Answer:	I assume that you mean that the clamp adjusting handle is jammed. This tends to be an issue with F clamps when the handle is either all the way open, or closed. It is best left in the middle. Try "jiggling" it back and forth, clockwise and counter clockwise, in very small increments, being careful not to twist too far toward the jammed direction. (Depending on whether it is stuck open or closed.) A small spray of WD40 might help as well.
Question:	Does the end come off so you can put it through a hole and clamp something that way
Answer:	I think neither end comes off (just tried with mine).

Answer:	Well if you haven't heard it through the grapevine or weren't at our last summer show you may not have gotten the news. But after playing that great old rock and roll in Milwaukee for 36 years. I've decided to hang up my rock and roll shoes. Believe me I struggled over this decision for a long time and it wasn't easy. But I've decided that it's time. I still love to perform but there are quite a few other things that I want to try plus I want to do some traveling. I've also purchased a home in Florida and will be spending more time there. I'm planning on performing there in the near future. The decision was made even harder by the fact that I have such a super band backing me up. They're a great group of people and have been a joy to work with.
