Question:	Does this caulk have a glossy finish
Answer:	I wouldn't describe it as glossy... it's kind of the same finish that most caulk has. I wouldn't let that stop you buying it. This is the best caulk I've ever used. It's a little tricky to work with and you have to work fast because it's so tacky. Water just beads up on contact with it. It's definitely a waterproof seal. I'm buying more to do another job because I was so impressed. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will 1 tube seal around a standard size bathtub
Answer:	Thank you for your question. We recommend using the 10.1 oz tube for your tub to be sure you have enough. One 10.1 ounce tube is enough to caulk two bathtubs and one sink. The squeeze tube is only 2.8 oz..

Answer:	It should be enough, if you put a nice, unified layers all across the cracks. It depends how big the cracks are!! if is just for touch up it is plenty. But I would say 1 tube is enough for the job.
Question:	I'm unable to remove all of the old acrylic caulk no matter how hard I try. Will this product stick well enough over my old (acrylic) caulk
Answer:	To remove old caulk, I used a razor. Recommend ordering a razor holder found on Amazon. It's about 5" long, razor is screwed into place and it comes with extra blades. Much better than the plastic widget. Gently but firmly slide razor along top of old caulk, then repeat along the bottom of caulk to remove it. This was the easiest method for me. Ensure the surface is clean and free of debris. Spray and wipe with non ammonia window cleaner. Use gloved finger to smooth into sealant line. Best to watch a few videos if you aren't a pro. I watched a utube video.

Answer:	A knife? A toothpick. A skewer. Yell at it.

Answer:	The most common cause of premature yellowing in my experience is choice of cleaners. 1/4 - 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar added to one gallon of water will remove residual mineral and soap scale without damaging surfaces or sealants.

Answer:	It dries to an matt white color. they do sell some that dry clear but it says so on the tube.

Answer:	I've had the silicon on one year and so far there is not any sign of mildew despite the ample wetness in the shower stall

Answer:	GE Silicone II, like any silicone caulk, is not easy to apply. Also, it is not completely mildew free. If you don't clean the caulk every week, it develops mold. I tried DuPont caulk, it's not easy to apply, but it's been in my bathroom for 2 years and no molds so far.
